We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is perfect if you are travelling by train. The hotel is almost "in the train station", the size of the rooms are quite OK by Japanese standards, they are clean and everything is there.

It's literally inside the Okayama train station building so you can't beat that. The bed was comfortable as well and good for when you're traveling alone or with another person.

AustraliaThere is a smoking room in the lobby and the smoke smell lingers in the elevators, and lobby area. As a non smoker, it is a little off putting.
Really fantastic location, directly accessible to the train station. We needed an early morning shinkansen and it was so nice not to stress about getting to the station. It's also located in the JR station so lots of food options around.

SingaporeThe pillows were uncomfortable, and I wish they’d allow early check in, we were there less than an hour before 3pm. Wish that there was free water or a dispenser around too.
Location was fantastic, right at the train station (we didn’t even need to exit it), right above a mall that has so much food and local delicacies and souvenirs from Okayama. It’s an easy bus ride/walk from the main sights and there’s lots of shopping around. Room is comfortable, cosy and clean.

The hotel is virtually on top of station, I went past it at first & left the station and had to return. Entry at East end of level 2 station concourse for lifts to hotel foyer on level 5. Stores on L.2 include good Vie de France pastry store

MalaysiaThe dryer in the laundromat !!! Its very disappointing !! It doesnt work well at all, I wanted to dry a pair of socks, a shirt and a jacket that got wet. After spending 300 yen or 1.5hr, it still doesnt get these few items dry !! I have to do it one more time the next day with another 100 yen or 30 min. Plz check the dryer function else dont offer it. In comparison, if you did a 500 yen full wash and dry, it will do the job perfectly. I did that on the 1st day with heavier loads and it had no issue. So 1st time i spent 500 yen and it came out all good. 2nd time i spent 400 yen just to dry !!! Thats annoying, not the money value but the time taken and feel cheated !!! And the pillow, just one low pillow, very poor quality and hardly got a good sleep. I would have given it a higher score had it not for the above 2 problems !!! Please take note, hotel management.
The location is amazing !! Its inside the same building as JR okayama. Just come out from the shinkasen exit and turn left. After less than 50m walk, you will see a side small entrance to sunshine mall, and a small sign in japanese hotel via inn okayama. Go to level 5 and the hotel lobby is there. Except maybe Hotel Nagasaki JR which is also just next to the station, this is the 2nd hotel i stayed that i can praise its location !! The room is clean and the view is also nice. I didnt know that you can request for shinkansen view room. Had i know, i would request for it.
