1. Overcrowding 2. As the hotel is huge, so my room is very far away from everywhere. I was placed at the last 2nd room from the elevator. Spa and breakfast area is located on the other end of the hotel. 3. It can get quite complicated to get to restaurant and spa but there are signs to help. 4. I would expect the food to be better. The variety is ok but taste wise, not so for some of the items. 5. The remote controller isn't working very well. I had to press many times before the TV reacts.

Last year, I 1st visited the spa and I told myself I must stay here when I next come to Tokyo and here I am! I stayed here for a rest and relax day to enjoy the shopping, spa before I fly home. This hotel is huge. Spa is huge. The room is clean and comfortable. I love the spa and I manage to catch the sunset which is beautiful.

Everything was good but if I would say, the self check-in, not being welcomed by human beings.

Close to Hanei Airport Terminal 3, spa option, breakfast buffet was very nice.

The long, l.o.n.g hallways. And zero TV in English. It would have been nice to catch the news. Also, although I was fine, anyone traveling with large suitcases snd/ir more than solo would be challenged by the room size.

It was right there after the trans-Pacific flight! Although there were a lot of LONG hallways to get to the hotel & then to my room. It's a huge hotel (took orienting to which elevator, A, B, C, or D). The BEST was when I realized I'd left my passport in the lock box and they understood my sense of urgency (had a domestic flight to catch) and really went the extra mile to help me quickly.

Great location that is convenient to airport access and to many shops and restaurants. Amenities are also great. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The decor was also contemporary. I loved the amenities in my room. This is great hotel if you are staying in Tokyo.

Long wait in queue to retrieve luggage which they had kindly stored before check-in. Waited half an hour in line (that was not moving) to ger my luggage because they could not find luggage of someone in front of the queue. So, everyone waited at least half an hour in line to get their stored luggage. Very frustrating

The onsen spa was the highlight, i could have spent all afternoon and night there

Japanese staffs are not well trained for hospitality business. International staffs, on the other hand, were very hard working showing exceptional cares. Overall hotel service and directions are not intuitive

The room "style" was kinda weird with the open bath, with the only way to obstruct the view in form of a curtain that you pull from outside of the bath. We were two good friends so it was okay, but weird nonetheless.

The breakfast was excellent and had a very good selection with lots of western and traditional japanese food.

Located in Airport Terminal 3. Quick automated check in. They can make people’s life easy by writing the path to the hotel from Terminal 3 subway stops. Movement to other terminals for your next flight is massively easy. Plenty of food options.
