A really comfortable and clean room with almost everything you need - washing machine, steam/drying closet, stocked kitchen, TV, sofa, walk in wardrobe. The staff were very friendly and even helped me forward my luggage. The location was amazing, a few minutes from a subway station that will get you to central Sapporo in about 10-15 minutes. There's plenty of stores and restaurants around the hotel as well. It was good value for money and I would stay again

Soundproofing between rooms and to the street could be better. Limited laundry drying facilities for a longer stay, but enough space to be able to improvise.

Nice comfortable and well-equipped room. Really good location, 50m to the subway entrance. 10 minutes walk to the overland railway station, so a really good base from which to explore the Sapporo area from. It was nice to have a fully manned front desk with really helpful staff. The English standards were good, and in addition the staff all had pocket translators to help sort out any communication difficulty. There was an unlimited supply of towels and amenities which was good for an extended stay.

It is not cleaned everyday. Upon check in, we were informed when the scheduled cleaning is and even then, there was no cleaning was done because apparently we need to request it. Weird.

It’s actually not too far from Kotoni subway but Kotoni is 6 stops from Odori stn. The room is spacious with kitchen, washing machine and cool LG style steamer which we didn’t end up using. We booked the room for 5 people and there is no room with door for the bedrooms. There is partition but actually open.

There is no dining table for some weird reason. Maybe it is because we had 3 beds.

The property is centrally located in the Moroni area, 5 minutes walk to the metro and 6 stops to ordori one way and a couple to other attractions like shirokobito and Royce so a good balance or in-between location.

There is no dryer, and the drying cabinet took a long while for the clothes to dry. The bed in our room (northern european style) was almost wall to wall making access to the wardrobe difficult. We kept stubbing our toes on the bed when walking past.

We liked having the carpark and access to the subway so that we could leave the car at the hotel when going into the Susukino area for dinner. The room is big and kitchen is well stocked. There is a washing machine for laundry.

It is like my second home with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable vacation where you can cook a simple meal before you start your day or after you end your day. Subway, train station, supermarket/grocery stores and eateries are all nearby.

We enjoyed the spacious apartment. The hotel is close to the subway station and JR station. Nice restaurants nearby and a 24/7 supermarket around the corner.

This is absolutely not a complaint, just worth noting for other guests: Kotoni is not really very central to Sapporo. However, it is very easy to reach, so this isn't a problem - just take the Tozai Metro line to Kotoni Metro stop: Villa Koshido Kotoni is only about three minute's walk from there. The metro is cheap and efficient and links directly to the city centre, and from there to the airport.

I reserved an apartment for 6 nights, to allow a breathing space in a period extended travel. This place was better than I expected: the apartment was very well equipped, very comfortable (comfy beds and sofa), well furnished and some surprising high-tech touches like the LEC clothes steamer, which can be set to dry, humidify, steam or refresh your clothes! The reception staff were very sweet , smiley and helpful, which made me feel relaxed and at home. All in all, a lovely set up which I recommend highly.

They cancelled our first night for free because our flight to Hokkaido got cancelled. The room was modern with complete home appliances, even an LG styler clothing care system, super clean, and spacious. I will definitely stay again! Highly recommended!

Clean, efficient, fast elevators, complimentary water bottles, kitchenette and washing machine in the room. Unobtrusive but very pleasant and thoughtful staff. Restaurants and convenience store with bank nearby. We used this place as base for exploring around Hokkaido.

It was very cramped for 3 adults. It offers two double beds, so we had 3 adults-maybe our fault. But the storage and living space was very very tight, making it bearable for a 2 -night stay. It was fine for one person. Plenty of restaurants and nearby metro station but not as close as I hoped for the Snow Festival.

We had tea and cooking facilities.
