Nothing bad to say!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this place! It was a short 5 minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station, which made our travel plans so effortless. It was walking distance to popular convenience stores and restaurants, but still felt tucked away from the busy, overly touristy spots. We also rented bikes at the villa and rode around the beautiful countryside nearby - this was the highlight of our stay! The personal onsen in the bathroom was also amazing - we used it every night. All the staff here were incredibly kind and helpful, especially when we had questions about places to eat and transport/tours. I would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely perfect. It's just five minutes walking from the train station. The house is big (even for European standards) with bedroom, living room and a huge bathroom. The bathtub is a good addition, very easy to use and very confortable. Even though there are no direct line of sight to Mount Fuji from the courtyard, they have a common area, outside, with great view of Mount Fuji.

Didn't realise that in the evening, the station is very quiet. Maybe because of the pandemic, many eateries were closed down so it was rather difficult to get dinner. Those which are still in business, have irregular closing days which caused super long queues for those which were opened. We got a queue no. at abt 5.30pm but was almost 2 hours later before we got a table. There's Lawson and Family Mart though

It's situated in a quiet residential area, about 8 mins walk from the station. Was lucky to get a room with view of Mt Fuji from the backyard. The room was very clean, comfortable and cozy with toiletries fully provided. Kudos to all the staff who were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again should we return

The room is very spacious and spotlessly clean! Apart from the bed, there is a large living area connecting with the outdoor patio where you can enjoy breakfast (delivered to the door in a wooden basket!) with direct views of Mount Fuji. Every “ room” is in reality a little villa exclusively to yourselves and it’s really good value for money. The location is easy for travellers not driving like us. It’s a 5-minute walk from Kawaguchi station (main train station in the area). The okonomiyaki restaurant literally right opposite is very delicious. There’s on-site self-service laundry. Staff is very friendly and helpful 👍🏻

Not big deal 1. The water in humidifier was empty and I have to fill it by myself. 2. The hot spring water pressure is shared with shower head, so I take shower after the tank is filled.

The room has conventional western beds and futon that you can use without choosing ahead of time. the zen garden outside is also amazing for a morning coffee. it’s also accurately 5mins from the train station

the shower was alittle difficult to operate in cold weather but the bath was excellent!

the view of mt Fuji was fantastic! the villa was also comfortable and clean. breakfast was great with sandwiches prepared with care, and yogurt, fruit salad, juice or milk and great tasty soup.

I can’t think of anything …maybe needs more signage along the path leading to it so that it is easier to find
