Room is definitely too small for a couple. No space to get out on one side of the bed to use the washroom. Not enough hooks to hang up clothes etc.

Parking is on the same level as the lobby which is convenient. It's in the same building as Maroot, a shopping centre & next to the station. It's clean & basic amenities are provided for. Even gave little thoughtful gifts like sweets & senbei.

The hotel is on the top floor of a cozy shopping mall Maroot that is right next to Toyama Station, the tram station and everything else. Maroot has my favourite Muji along with other shops, restaurants and sake bar that are just nice for us to enjoy our 5 nights stay in Toyama. I particularly chose this hotel because it has the public bath which I could have a soak every night after a long day walk. The hotel also has washing machines and dryers that we could wash our clothes almost everyday. The business lounge also provides water refill and coffee tea and snacks and a place for you to work or read. Overall I am very happy with my stay here. Highly recommend people to stay here if you want the convenience.

Hotel facilities are still new despite opened for several years. Room is the usual japanese standard, clean and maintained well. View of the square in front of the station is good. Right next to the JS station makes the hotel very convenient for travelling

If there are tour groups, they clog up the lift 😭 so we have to wait.

Came here to stay a night before embarking on the Tateyama-Alpen route. Really accessible and clean space, there is a public bath. Staff was amazing in helping us forward our luggage!!! Thank you female staff on night shift of Sunday 14 April night.

if your plan is to reach toyama by train, this hotel is right in front of the toyama station. very convenient to connect many interesting places around toyama. room size is bigger than average for this price. good quality bed and pillow. the building itself contain restaurants and a supermarket on its lower floors. a sake testing bar is on its ground floor providing local produced sake which tastes very good. the hotel public bath is a big plus, with a little sauna inside the facility as well. the tv in the room informs how many people using the public bath. the hotel provides a common room containing a microwave, coffee machine, ice maker, drinking water, tea and working /dinning table for guests to use at will. highly recommended.

Amazing location just next to the Toyama train station. Our room had a fantastic mountain view when we had a clear day. Hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very kind.

Everything. We wished we stayed longer. Hotel is right beside the Shinkansen and tram station. Just walk right towards the more modern mall, and you’ll see the lift for the hotel lobby. Hotel is clean and modern. Do try out the special Starbucks Teavana in the mall. We could monitor our laundry time, or to see which washer is available from the room. Very convenient

The parking level for the hotel is at the rooftop. Else you will have to "find" the right lift to access the lower floor parking lot early morning as the hotel is above the shopping mall. The hotel is very new and the onsen is great! Free drinks and snacks at available on the onsen floor.

The lobby/reception is on the 5th or 6th floor of a department store, so you always need to take double elevator rides.

In hindsight I would have ensured our room had a view of the mountains before booking.

The staff and service was incredible, above and beyond what we expected even for Japan. The breakfast was really good as well - a variety of Japanese food including local dishes, but also a selection of western breakfast food.

Very good location. The day we arrived was raining, so we spent a whole afternoon in the same mall where the hotel sits. If you want to take the Nohi bus to Shirakawa-go, the bus station is just in front of the JR station. The hotel staffs are so friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay there again if we go in the future

I stayed for two days and did not ask for room cleaning on second day, because my luggage was unpacked. I would like to thank the cleaning staff for being so considerate. She left extra towels for us outside our room door. That was great service. A big thumbs up for this hotel. Plus the hotel provide a lounge with free flow of coffee and water near the lobby.
