Nice stay - we had an upgrade and our bedroom was quite spacious. We have breakfast included but was no good at all: hot dog, sandwiches.

Not much - it is a little walk from town, so balance that with being near the station.

Only Minor things -hard pillows again, and the washing machines seemed permanently on the go, only 5 on our floor( not sure if it was just the 5 for the whole hotel! ) waited 3 times to use one, eventually getting one at 11pm!

Location is brilliant for the Hiroshima train and bus station, which are both around the corner from the hotel, 5 mins away. The onsen was fabulous! Staff were lovely and could speak a little English or would use their 'pocket talk' machines to help converse! Luggage receiving/forwarding worked a treat again. The breakfast in the Komeda coffee shop attached to the hotel was sufficient to start the day. Room was compact, as per alot of the Japanese hotels, but had everything you needed.

The location is just one block away from Hiroshima Station - the main hub of the city. This makes traveling from the airport easy by taking the shuttle bus and also convenient to take any train to other cities. Room is quite spacious compared to the Japanese standard. It's a comfortable stay.

The self service Samsung washing machine cum dryer is terrible. The drying cycle takes forever and after 2 hours, I just took them out and hand my clothes all over the room.

Location is walking distance from the train station. Staff is very friendly and make every effort to assist even with the language barrier. It's spacious and I rate the hotel room as 4-star rating equivalent hotel with 3 star rating price!

Only real complaint is that there is a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby when you check-in. It is possible that this is because there could be a smoking room nearby the check-in area.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Right next to the JR/Shinkansen station. There is a 7/11 and Lawson nearby as well. Staff are friendly and helpful. They helped store my luggage overnight before I checked in. For a hotel in the city the public hot bath is also very nice.

Very well located hotel, close to the train station and shops. the room is very functional, well equipped, quiet and very clean. the staff are welcoming and helpful. I recommend this hotel for a stay in Hiroshima.

The pillows were made of pipe straws and were not comfortable at all. Ended up sleeping on folded bath towels as pillows. The mattress was firm but comfortable.

Excellent location and superb staff. I would like to thank the lady that helped us book a hire car and speak to a Japanese company, as we struggling getting one. Nothing much, but I think the breakfast is not worth the price. Cheaper to buy something yourself.

Nice, clean, easily accessible. The onsen was also a big plus point. Rooms are comfy, not too big but that’s common all over Japan.
