Right next to a funeral home. Also it is kind of pricey for not having a breakfast.

Great location, very near my car rental pickup location at Fujisan station, and also very near the highway to Kawaguchiko. Perfect for my needs. Professional staff who let me use the reception phone when I needed to make a local phone call. Public bath was lovely to use, though it's staggered timings for the sexes. Timings were okay for women. Glorious view of Mt Fuji if you have a Fuji-side room. Convenience store right on the premises, which is delightfully convenient. Dohtonbori, which specialises in okonomiyaki that you cook yourself, is right across the road and delicious.

There were layer of dusts at the bed headboard and placement area. I had to clean them before I use the bed.

The room is huge and we had a twin double bed. The hotel is close to many restaurants. Daiso and Donki are just within walking distance. Family Mart is just outside the hotel.

Staff are very friendly & helpful that gave me full confidence on my accommodation experience. I would pick this hotel again when I come back Mount Fuji. My mother lost a paper bag with much souvenir there & she forgot where she lost it. They’re willing to disclose CCTV to show us if she carry the bag when she got off taxi and was in the lobby. This helped us a lot to find out where she lost the paper bag.

Onsen is scheduled - they have only one onsen, so they have time schedule for men and women, it is not too comfort.

I don’t know if there wasn’t a free tea or coffee in the room in this hotel. Of all the hotels i’ve been this is the first time there wasn’t any. But it’s all good

I stayed during April, and I inquired if they could turn on AC which they declined, they said wait until the night and open window for the breeze. But during the day it’s really hot, would prefer if they could adjust to turn on AC just for maybe late morning to late afternoon.

Location is good, plenty of convenient stores around. Easily accessed by car.

The location is good if you are going to climb mount Fuji, as it is near the start of the traditional pilgrimage route.. However, if you go for sightseeing, staying in Kawaguchi is much more practical as all sightseeing busses now leave only from there.

West Inn Fuji Yoshida is a hidden gem in Fujikawaguchiko. Behind the hotel is the magnificent Mt Fuji, which can be clearly viewed from some of the rooms. The double room was clean and considerably spacious. The free public onsen provided by the hotel was nice and sufficient. Family Mart is just right next to the hotel and 7-11 is across the street. Parking was easy and convenient. What made the biggest difference was the kind personal assistance rendered by the hotel owner. Great and warm service! Highly recommend!

The location is 15 min walk from nearest bus station. Not very good for rainy days.

The price is too expensive but I understand it's the holiday season.

I love the bed very much which is very supportive and comfortable! I also like to surrounding which is very convenient with restaurants and shops. Lawson convenient store is right next to the hotel! Mt. Fuji is behind the hotel. Glad I could see it for one day due to a clear day during my three days trip.

Very little English spoken by staff. A bit of a mix up with payment. They did not accept PayPal for booking, so I had to submit my credit card , which I don’t usually like to do. I had assumed that the payment had come out prior to my arrival, as all the other hotels had. I was a little embarrassed when it was indicated that I still had to pay, when I mistakenly assumed that had already been done. As much my fault as anyone, as I misread the instruction that they would take the payment direct. After checking my accounts, it was noted that I had not made a payment yet..I have so may outgoings with the trip, this nonpayment slipped by me.

The location of the hotel is between the two train stations, fair bit of walking. Come via public transportation can be challenging. It is good for people with a car, as hotel has a big car park.

The hotel room is comfortable and clean. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It was raining and cold the day I was leaving. One of the hotel staff gave me a lift to the Mt Fuji station in his own car. Sorry I didn't get his name, but thank you so much! There are two convenient stores at the door step and a few food places within walking distance.

The walls might be to thin, you can hear the neighbors

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I had an incredible view of fuji San through my window and even a massage chair. Loved it
