MalaysiaI stayed during April, and I inquired if they could turn on AC which they declined, they said wait until the night and open window for the breeze. But during the day it’s really hot, would prefer if they could adjust to turn on AC just for maybe late morning to late afternoon.
Location is good, plenty of convenient stores around. Easily accessed by car.

BelgiumThe location is good if you are going to climb mount Fuji, as it is near the start of the traditional pilgrimage route.. However, if you go for sightseeing, staying in Kawaguchi is much more practical as all sightseeing busses now leave only from there.

SingaporeWest Inn Fuji Yoshida is a hidden gem in Fujikawaguchiko. Behind the hotel is the magnificent Mt Fuji, which can be clearly viewed from some of the rooms. The double room was clean and considerably spacious. The free public onsen provided by the hotel was nice and sufficient. Family Mart is just right next to the hotel and 7-11 is across the street. Parking was easy and convenient. What made the biggest difference was the kind personal assistance rendered by the hotel owner. Great and warm service! Highly recommend!

I love the bed very much which is very supportive and comfortable! I also like to surrounding which is very convenient with restaurants and shops. Lawson convenient store is right next to the hotel! Mt. Fuji is behind the hotel. Glad I could see it for one day due to a clear day during my three days trip.

AustraliaVery little English spoken by staff. A bit of a mix up with payment. They did not accept PayPal for booking, so I had to submit my credit card , which I don’t usually like to do. I had assumed that the payment had come out prior to my arrival, as all the other hotels had. I was a little embarrassed when it was indicated that I still had to pay, when I mistakenly assumed that had already been done. As much my fault as anyone, as I misread the instruction that they would take the payment direct. After checking my accounts, it was noted that I had not made a payment yet..I have so may outgoings with the trip, this nonpayment slipped by me.

AustraliaThe location of the hotel is between the two train stations, fair bit of walking. Come via public transportation can be challenging. It is good for people with a car, as hotel has a big car park.
The hotel room is comfortable and clean. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It was raining and cold the day I was leaving. One of the hotel staff gave me a lift to the Mt Fuji station in his own car. Sorry I didn't get his name, but thank you so much! There are two convenient stores at the door step and a few food places within walking distance.

IsraelThe hotel does not have breakfast. The bed is very small and it was not comfortable for us as a couple to sleep on it.
Nice hotel. Located about 7 minutes walk from Fuji Q Highland park (from the south entrance which is not the entrance. Officially). We got a room with an amazing view of Mount Fuji and it was amazing to start the day with this view. The Wi-Fi in the room is fine, occasionally disconnects. There is an Onsen in the hotel.
