We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United States- No reading light for the bed - Elevator always stops on floor 2 even though 80% of the time nobody is getting on or off at that floor. Very annoying. Also seemed like only one of three elevators was operational. - Only 2 laundry machines for all men in the building. Hard to find a free one - The pillows aren’t great. Very firm. They have like beans inside.
- Perfect location - Very nice room - The public bath in the basement is a REALLY nice perk. Used it every night. So relaxing. - Very powerful AC - Solid breakfast, albeit crowded - Slippers and robes provided

Location right outside of Kushida shrine station and a 5-10 minute walk from Hakata station makes it very convenient to travel. The room was quite spacious.

SingaporeWe were at the hotel around 1pm, but despite having rooms, we were not allowed to check-in. Check-in staff insists that we pay extra to check in before 3pm. Is this standard for Japan? If not, this is ridiculous. I was told the female public path/onzen section is super crowded too. Hotel should give priority to hotel guests, and not over-sell memberships to public for the public bath/onzen.

United StatesThe elevators stop on the 2nd floor EVERY SINGLE TIME, regardless whether or not anyone pushes the button for that floor and if you just wanna leave the hotel to the ground floor or go directly to your room. This also somewhat accounts for the slowness of calling for one, even though they are 3 active elevators in this hotel.
The laundry machine inside the room was easy to use and was so convenient to have. The bed was comfy and good-sized space for a solo traveler. Public bath was nice and relaxing.

The breakfast was superb. The hotel incorporates local produce and offers a variety of dishes. Location is 10 min walking distance to Hakata station. Canal City is extremely close and so are other attractions. My wife used the hotel public bath several times and loved it. The staff are very professional and friendly. A highly recommended hotel.

SingaporeThe self-check in system will be very helpful if I did 1 room booking. But, we booked 2 rooms with 2 and 3 people in each room respectively, so the system was unable to recognized. The system didn't provided the option to choose which room and which person to register to, which ended up with longer check in process.
The location is very good and walking distance to Canal City, shopping streets and yatai. The room is with decent size and very comfortable beds (not too soft). The whole hotel and facilities are very clean and nice. The room service is provided in every 2 days, yet they will be sending extra towels and water. There wasn't much corridor noise, which was very peaceful sleep for us at night.

Wonderful hotel, absolutely recommend. The room was compact, clean, comfortable and well thought out. Having a washing machine was a bonus, worked perfectly and was easy to operate. The location is amazing, easy access to transport, restaurants, a supermarket, and shops plus you can easily walk to Hakata station if you want.

details are perfect, like the kettle and the bathroom; the location is extremely nice, one-subway-station away from hakata JR station and several-minutes-walk away from the canal city; staffs are helpful especially that they called taxi for us very quickly.

SingaporeOverall the room was clean but they did not clean the door handles and there were leftover food scrape from previous guest on the side table. Room was abit dusty too.
Hotel is near train station and place of interest. There is food street nearby as well. Hotel provides vending machine, ice machine and microwave at common area for guest use. There is also food truck at Level 1 of the hotel if you need a snack. Onsen was good.
