This hotel was amazing. We stayed for one night on our way to Tokyo and wished we had booked to stay longer. The hotel was in the best location; right next to a train station, and only walking distance to a shopping mall.

Thought it was a bit strange that each hotel room was only entitled two bottles of water a day… we asked for more bottles but were told we couldn’t get anymore.

Nice hotel in a good location, they had a public bath on the top floor that was a good addition as well! It’s in a quieter part of the neighbourhood but it’s just a 5-10 min walk to loads of food and more happening areas.

The mattress is a bit stiff but better than most hotels. Could have used more space for hanging clothes.

Our room was very clean, organized and spacious. It very well located (very close to subway station) and had nice stores nearby. It’s a short walk to “downtown” and you’ll find things to do our restaurants to eat at. The hotel also provides a free sento (public bath and hot water pools) that you can use at any time. The staff is super friendly.

The front desk staff were not what I expect of Japanese hospitality / personable service; too robot-like with little smiles and no greetings.

The room was spacious for a double room. Shower and toilet was separate and it was a plastic door partition for the shower which I am really happy as I have a pet peeve of shower curtains. We managed to ask for extra towels and blankets too which was really helpful. There is a indoor and outdoor onsen on the top floor of the building too

Very nice hotel and comfortable room. We liked the style and the feeling in tbe hotel and would definitely book it again. The public bath was a treat after a day hiking around Nagoya. Very good located in the heart of the city and close to the subway station.

Bed is not the most comfortable. Not great for back support, but I understand that this is a fuss free hotel. It's not a huge problem. The room clean up and refresh is satisfactory. However, there was a day we found trash under the bed left from the previous guests, and housekeeping did not wash up the cups that we used. For long-term stays like myself (13 days), it would be great if we could get fresh cups every other day, at least?

Fantastic location. 2-3mins walk to Mirai Tower and Oasis21, which is equipped with a shopping complex and underground train station with so many food options! The hotel is also situated within walking distance of other food and shopping options. Just use Google maps to locate whatever you're finding for. A 7/11 is located right beside the hotel, making it convenient to buy water/snacks/food. Hotel staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. At Level 14, you can find the laundry room. All machines were washer and dryer in one, it is super convenient for long-term stays. Simple amenities are provided (comb, body scrub towel, pjs, water, body soap, shampoo, conditioner). On the same floor is where you can also find a vending machine for drinks, ice station and microwave. The hotel seems immensely popular with the locals. I will definitely come back to stay again!

The staff are friendly and helpful. Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, we enjoyed their massage pillow, the place was very clean, 7-11 right next door, close to shops. There is a washing machine which is a bonus. The staff helped us fill the Japanese forms to transfer our luggage to the next hotel. Our luggages were already at our next destination as we checked in.

I wish they give us a small towel that we can use for the common bath. Also, the exterior common bath is fairly shallow on one side and difficult to cover the whole body. I also wish they have some chairs at the outdoor bath for us to cool down.

The interior is pretty modern. The small massage cushion in the room comes pretty handy after a long day trip.

Room could be a bit bigger. There was no room to open a medium size luggage except near the door which make getting in n out of the room inconvenient as luggage bag needs to be closed n leave in the toilet to open the door.
