Korinkyo was by far our most favorite hotel during our 2 week trip to Japan. The hotel is lovely, staff was very welcoming and the location is perfect, within walking distance to bus stops and many popular sightseeing spots. Breakfast was also delicious and generous. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautifully designed hotel with stylish and comfortable rooms. The location was fantastic. Very close to the main attractions of Kanazawa castle, Kenrokuen gardens, modern art museum and the samurai district. The geisha district (Higashi Chaya) was a little further away but still walkable. The Taiwanese breakfast was interesting, but might not be to everyone’s taste.

The washing dryer in the washing machine did not work well and we had to dry our clothes for many hours.

The room was great, comfortable beds, clean and spacious bathroom and minibar with complementary drinks. Location is convenient- very close to all attractions and restaurants. Staff was very kind and knowledgeable.

The place is so beautiful! I wasn’t aware that the minibar is included so that was a bonus! The sweets at check in are to die for and the hotel itself is a work of art

The room is quite spacious and the beds are big! Very comfortable to stay. The staff are very helpful and patient for every question we asked. My friend lost her ring somewhere in the restaurant, the hotel called us as soon as they find it, so that we didn’t need to feel upset during our one day trip to the outskirts of Kanazawa. Very much appreciated!

Modern hotel in a great location. Close to area with many amazing places to eat out. We got recommendation form the reception and it was spot on. The traditional Taiwanese breakfast is a must. Great place to stay and explore the city.

I was a little offended when I was presented with a 7,000 yen bill to use the rooftop sauna and hot pool. It was never explained that this was going to involve a charge, and it was certainly not worth that price. It should be included in the rate given the high price of the hotel.

This little boutique hotel is a real gem. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, modern but with a. Touch of tradition, beautifully furnished, lovely unusual Taiwanese breakfast, isolation tank where you can relax

I was not a big fan of the Taiwanese rice porridge for breakfast. Everything was very delicate, to the point of being a bit bland, and I didn't feel like the quantity was enough to keep me fueled. I had to have a snack (and coffee!) in an hour. I understand it's the vibe they are going for, but not for me :)

I loved loved loved loved loved this hotel. I wish we stayed more nights. I can't describe the beauty, the comfort, the luxury. I will be back when I visit Kanazawa again
