The staff were incredibly friendly! We also really liked the variety of amenities available, including the amenity bar in the lobby and the ability to borrow additional items if needed. The hotel is also in an under-rated but extremely convenient location - a short walk from Kanda Station, which has excellent connectivity to get around Tokyo and some good izakayas nearby.

i really like their service, they provide us with very single things that u needs as traveler, such as they provide ice cube with cup, a microwave, all the basic things hotel need to provide and more over they also provide me with iron cloth with out extra charge.. love it!!

The breakfast was pretty basic, and every day the same. There was a option to buy every day breakfast for 1000yen so I wish we did that, and skipped some days, because for 5 days it was a bit too basic.

The window glass was blurry so we couldn't see through it (can be challenging for claustrophobic people) ; only two washing machines for the whole hotel

The location (super central, many restaurants and stations nearby), the room was nicely decorated and well equiped, it was super easy to check-in and check-out, good value for money

There are only two washing machines so if you plan on doing laundry while staying here you'll need to be patient.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Room is a good size and comfortable. Good amenities. Great breakfast and can use voucher for lunch if required. Handy to at least two train/subway stations.

The location is great, and Kanda station is easily walkable. I also really liked the sitting tub in the room's bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the climate control worked well. I liked that the bed had a dim-able reading light.

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable and only had one pillow. Not the end of the world but could be improved.

Really great facilities and extras. Lots of choice of toiletries, all free of charge. Friendly staff and well located to get around that side of Tokyo.

Twin bed is narrow and slightly uncomfortable. Breakfast is not as good as advertised.

If there were another set of washers and dryers that would be cool. The washer/ dryer combo did not dry clothes very well so we had to hang them around the room. Also no closet or set of drawers to store clothes was odd, but we just laid everything out on the desk, so we were not bothered. Highly recommended chain of hotels and stays for local and foreign travelers!

Location is great as it is near the Kanda station or a short walk to another station if another line needs to be taken. Lawson's is right next door for convenience as well. And later at night plenty of food options to choose from in the local area.

It has winning formula. Nothing I did not like.

The location is very central to two main train stations. The breakfast was great with a good selection of items. But don’t expect American style breakfast. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I have to especially give kudos to Elizabeth and Nicole. They were very helpful. But other staff were also great. There is a nice long strip of various restaurants within a minute walk. Super convenient location. They offer all sorts of complimentary personal items such as combs, hair brushes, toothbrushes and even pyjamas. The showers have lots of water pressure and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash are of good quality. Japanese bidets are wonderful. I can go on forever about this place. Book it. You will love it.

The window view was not attractive and I guess It could be better. The daily breakfast is limited to the same food with no variations. I would be great if they can serve different dishes at least 2 day per week.

Although a small room, it was clean and quiet. The location is perfect for my purpose. Nice breakfast.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from JR Kanda station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room is cosy and comfortable.
