Large room with views across the bay. The bathroom had two sinks, a lovely bath looking out over the bay and a separate large shower cubicle. Perfect location for getting cruise ship from Yokohama cruise terminal. The staff were very helpful and respectful.

That we couldn't stay longer - it was a lovely stay for our honeymoon.

The room we got was overlooking the Wanda World theme park and much of Yokohama Harbor. The bathroom had a delightful soaking tub and shower, while the bed was a true king. Honestly spent much of the evening watching the city below, enjoying a night of relaxation.

View from the room was fantastic! Large size room for Japan and great value for money. Perfect location for sight seeing and shopping. Will definitely be back.

Rooms were amazing. Great view of the harbour, amusement park at night all lit up, ferris wheel etc. Open the curtains and watch the amazing sites of Yokohama. Excellent bed and bathroom. Hotel put our two rooms next door to each other.

If you stay a few days, the tooth paste is too little. So we have to open a new brush package just to use the tooth paste. What a waste

It’s quite old and dated. They didn’t have a cot for my child so I had to make a makeshift bed for him as he tends to fall out of regular beds. The cleaners always came during my son’s nap time so it never really got cleaned.

The room we stayed in was very large. It had great views of the city.

Yokohama Bay Hotel is ideally located for your last nights in Japan. There are some lovely walks along the bay side and really only about 15mins walk to the Red Brick Warehouse precinct on the bay where there are some interesting eateries and artisan shops. Of course there’s the Cup Noodle Museum and Fun Park with carnival rides, Ferris wheel etc for the kids. Underground malls and shopping precincts are connected to the hotel as well as a short walk to the train station and the Yokohama Art Gallery.

This place was definitely dated from a style perspective. Everything is in wonderful condition - they really keep up the property - It’s just a time warp back to a design that happens to not be my favorite era.

Large room with amazing views of the bay and the mini theme park next door. Everything was in good repair and comfortable for sure. Wonderful staff and the hotel is connected to the mall that has numerous restaurant options.

Swimming pool was only available between 9 am. and 5 pm. So I could not use it, though I was looking forward to it.

We chose a park view room but didn’t realize that was an amusement park which was very noisy at night time, with loud public address system. Tried to change room but the hotel was full. Thankfully they stored the noise around 10pm but it was a negative for us.

Location, staff, comfortable spacious room, good shower and space in the bathroom for our ‘stuff’. Close to station and many shops and really good restaurants.

Hotel refused to award full points to my Tokyu membership (despite the room costing $100s of dollars per night) because I had booked through Booking.com. Will never book this hotel through Booking.com again. Hotel charged extra fee for my colleague to join me in the bay club lounge.

The noise from Cosmo World was ok in the daytime, but too loud & annoying at night. Breakfast charge was exorbitant, and resulted in us having our morning meals elsewhere in the Mall.

Great location, big room with a balcony that has a view (partial sea and the amusement park). Easy access, keikyu bus to Haneda stops right at the hotel, and can also easily go to the airport via train. Staff are all very helpful, professional and friendly. Only pity is that we stayed only a night for transit. Would like to return some day!
