Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Large room with views across the bay. The bathroom had two sinks, a lovely bath looking out over the bay and a separate large shower cubicle. Perfect location for getting cruise ship from Yokohama cruise terminal. The staff were very helpful and respectful.

The room we got was overlooking the Wanda World theme park and much of Yokohama Harbor. The bathroom had a delightful soaking tub and shower, while the bed was a true king. Honestly spent much of the evening watching the city below, enjoying a night of relaxation.

SwitzerlandIt’s quite old and dated. They didn’t have a cot for my child so I had to make a makeshift bed for him as he tends to fall out of regular beds. The cleaners always came during my son’s nap time so it never really got cleaned.
The room we stayed in was very large. It had great views of the city.

Yokohama Bay Hotel is ideally located for your last nights in Japan. There are some lovely walks along the bay side and really only about 15mins walk to the Red Brick Warehouse precinct on the bay where there are some interesting eateries and artisan shops. Of course there’s the Cup Noodle Museum and Fun Park with carnival rides, Ferris wheel etc for the kids. Underground malls and shopping precincts are connected to the hotel as well as a short walk to the train station and the Yokohama Art Gallery.

Large room with amazing views of the bay and the mini theme park next door. Everything was in good repair and comfortable for sure. Wonderful staff and the hotel is connected to the mall that has numerous restaurant options.

AustraliaWe chose a park view room but didn’t realize that was an amusement park which was very noisy at night time, with loud public address system. Tried to change room but the hotel was full. Thankfully they stored the noise around 10pm but it was a negative for us.
Location, staff, comfortable spacious room, good shower and space in the bathroom for our ‘stuff’. Close to station and many shops and really good restaurants.

Great location, big room with a balcony that has a view (partial sea and the amusement park). Easy access, keikyu bus to Haneda stops right at the hotel, and can also easily go to the airport via train. Staff are all very helpful, professional and friendly. Only pity is that we stayed only a night for transit. Would like to return some day!
