The view is superb and the management is excellent. The room is thoroughly clean and tidy. Its style is elegant. The members of staff are so very nice and helpful to foreign guests. Thanks to this wonderful hotel for the most delightful experience indeed!

When I first arrived, my room was very small and I barely had any room to move around. I was also right next to the elevators which I did not like. I complained and asked if the hotel had any upgrades. The staff were kind enough to offer an upgrade to a corner room at a price but it was well worth it in the end.

The height of the rooms is wonderful. Great views from the rooms and the elevators are super fast. The staff was extremely helpful and I was able to store my bags after check out so I could do a little more sightseeing. I also was able to book an airport shuttle to Narita with the hotel.

For me, the restaurant prices were expensive, but given this is a 5 star hotel, they were probably normal. It was sad to see the beautiful view going to waste with no-one in the restaurant though.

What a beautiful hotel! Getting to the hotel was easy. Straight up the escalator and across the covered walkway until we reached the hotel, about a 300 metre walk. We stayed on the 58th floor and had a city view which was spectacular. We went up to the 70th floor restaurant which overlooked the harbour and that view was also amazing. The room size at 37sqm was huge and well appointed. The beds were the most comfortable on our entire trip with an actual mattress and base. The foyer was beautiful and the shopping complex at the rear made finding a meal or something at the supermarket a breeze. The limousine bus picked us up at the hotel and took us to the airport so we didn't need to struggle with luggage.

The location and views are amazing. Even if it rains you have a lot to do in the mall right at the hotel. Easy to connect to metro and JR lines. Rooms as spotlessly clean.

The staff was very helpful in helping set the tv in the room. the room was impressing and the view amazing. The hotel did not disappoint!

There was a distinct smell especially in the hallway. Perhaps due to the building's age. It took a while to get a ride on the elevator due to the maintenance of 3-4 other elevators. I guess the timing wasn't right, but better having safe elevators. The refrigerator wasn't working and the pillows were too soft they were like a comforter.

The rooms were very spacious and the staff were so accommodating. The view is amazing, even seeing Mt. Fuji was so beautiful. Everything was so clean. The view from the bath was also beautiful. I also like how they had a centralized remote/tablet to control the temp and lights. Best was the cleanliness of the place. I didn't have any worries about my baby getting any rashes or experiencing any discomfort.

The room is quite old, an innovation is recommended and there is an odd smell in the bathroom.

Late check in allowed like at 4 pm... too late for a hotel

The view from our room was like visiting the observatory sky level, our room at 59 level was well suited for day and night view. It even beats the view of having meals at the restaurant at 70 floor

The room was very spacious and clean. It's close to the train station. The view from the room was amazing! I liked the shops & restaurants that were located in the Landmark Tower. I liked that they had a shuttle bus to Haneda airport, made my life easier than taking the train with all my luggage
