The outdoor yard at the back was not looked after well. Otherwise it would have been nice.

Love the traditional concept and the complete kitchenette. The futons and beds were also laid out nicely. Especially love the warming blanket table.

The sanitary truck that came in the early morning. The house did not smell pleasant for a good half hour or so. Just our unlucky timing of the booking.

Close to township. The house is very big for 4 if us. We could finally spread ourselves out with a room each. It's got 2 toilets! We stayed in winter, and my husband loved staying in under the kotatsu table.

Property a bit cold on arrival and had trouble getting the heater to work in one bedroom, but that may have been my user error!

Beautiful character property in an unbeatable location within walking distance of the station, the sake brewery and the rope way. Well equipped kitchen and useful garden area.

The location was good, easy access to neighbourhood bus stand, market, shops and the Kawaguchiko lake. Lovely and cosy Japanese home stay experience. Nothing was lacking. Thoughtful host, the house had everything that is needed for a short stay. The toilets and bath was super nice.

The villa was a bit far from the Kawaguchiko station and check-out time was 10:00 (they didn't allow leaving the suitcase in the Villa), so you may need to carry your suitcases back and forth to the station (as they have coin lockers there). Some of the facilities inside the Villa is provided with extra fee, eg washing machine, heater, is separately charged.

We rented the whole villa for a trip with family. The space was big, with complete facilities including towels, hair dryer, and kitchen appliances. Its clean as well, and the location is close to Lake Kawaguchiko (within walking distance). Supermarket available nearby.

Very hard to think of something, but the only thing we wished for was a small drying rack or similar for drying washing (indoors or outdoors), but the coin laundry with dryers was nearby. A couple of the beds were on the firm side, which might be an issue for some guests.

Beautiful character house; lovely bathroom & 2 toilets!; very comfortable for our large group: 3-4 sleeping areas with a good size kitchen for relaxing & seperate lounge area; great size for our family of 6; and excellent location - easy walking distance to a number of places.

Property maintenance was quite poor. Wallpaper coming off the walls, wires hanging out. Donations requested for everything including towels. Traditional beds are very uncomfortable (our fault because this was disclosed beforehand).

We went there during winter, so we switched on the heaters, but the power circuit breaks after few minutes every time we switch it back on. We were freezing there. The manual was not kept in area easy for us to see. Not sure how to switch on d water heater 😪

Spacious, design, many utensils, can park nearby but not proper parking, bathroom nice but only one, and one toilet. Traditional design house.
