Singaporethe dinner was just fair, our dinner was arranged at 6:00pm but when we arrived on time, the meal was already all set, it means most of the dishes were already cold (cold dishes are fine but put there for too long is still no good). it may happen due to waiters problem as it appears to us not enough people to serve. suggest to improve in this part as not to waste such a good meal.
surprisingly, the Onsen was good, spring water hot enough also has a sauna room and I enjoyed the entire premises by myself as it was after 9pm. room is also comfortable with decent size

TaiwanThere is no 24-hour counter, and there is only one key to the room. If you use the bathhouse late at night, local residents will enter directly to use the hot spring. It will be more worrying if valuables are not put in the safe.
The service staff speaks a little English, and the dinner set menu is great! The bathhouse is clean and tidied regularly. There is also ice water provided in the room for use.

Hong KongThe dinning experience was not satisfactory. All the dishes were served and ready on the table when we arrived at the restaurant. The boiling dish started right when we sat down instead of after we finish our appeitizers and made the meat overcooked by the time we were ready to eat it. The open-air onsen for men was nice but it is quite close to the bridge where tourists would see the famous waterfall. The tourists would have direct and clear sight to the onsen and the men taking bath. No privacy at all.
Overall the hotel is nice and cozy. Right on top of the famous waterfall which takes a 3 min walk from the hotel to the nice view point, good for a morning walk before or after breakfast.

AustraliaThe traditional Japanese dinner use inexpensive meat and fish, which did effect the tourist experience. It’s Compare to our last trip in Kawaguchiko, a similar Onsen hotel. Their food is unforgettable nice.
The location is good, surrounded by the bush with peace, only short scroll to the blue pond waterfall.

SingaporeNo toiletries such as shampoo or bath soap in the room as it is more of an onsen bath place rather than long stay hotel type. You can get the toiletries if you visit the onsen and, of course, shower there. 😁 Breakfast was standard fare and does not change daily
The dinner meal was good and fresh. The dining staff were nice and accommodating. Met an Indonesian front desk staff. So if you have difficulty in speaking Japanese, she can speak English and Bahasa.
