We knew we were getting a very small room so can't really complain about it but it still felt very cramped. We didn't plan on staying in the room as long as we did because we prefer to be out exploring but due to bad weather stayed in longer than anticipated.

Conveniently located near Hakone Yumoto Station and is good place to end the Hakone Circuit. Comfortable bed & pillows. Tea, coffee provided

Even though the room is very small, the location is perfect. We could even check in a little earlier and we were very happy about the comfortable bed since it was our first accommodation after arriving.

The room is not that clean and the entrance is bit hard to hard since it is at the back of a restaurant.

The location is close to station. I like the Japanese style 榻榻米 bed and room setting.

We liked everything. Room is quite small but perfect for our needs for a night, but as a family with older kids I wouldn’t recommend staying for more than 2-3 nights

There is no elevator. So, it might be a little bit difficult to get up to the higher floor, Our room was at 3rd floor and the baggage was really heavy. The room is quite small but understandable.

Traffic noise very noticeable. Just be aware no lift, but we were fine with that.

Great wee place with a lovely pizza restaurant right there too. Good sized room. Very helpful staff who gave us a hand with luggage up the stairs. TV in the bathroom too.

No staff on site but that was not an issue - self check in was very easy No lifts in the building so if you struggle carrying your luggage that could be an issue.

There was a shared fridge, microwave and coffee facilities outside my door. It was occasionally noisy when people decided to sit outside there to eat at night, rather than take food to their room.

Very clean and comfortable room. I had a double room for one person, which was good. It would be a tight squeeze for 2 people. Very narrow and had about 12 inches of space on one side of the bed. The hallway was also very narrow, more suited to a single room than a double, though the bed was enormous and very comfortable.

The economy room we stayed in smelt like smoke in the bathroom even though there is a no smoking policy. I know this isn't the fault of the hotel but it was really unpleasant since the room was tiny and we had to open the windows to get the smell out. Also the price seems abit steep for what you get.

The hotel was really close to public transport and a really nice restaurant next door, and the check in/out process was very straight forward without requiring any interaction with anyone. The living quarters are simple and great for a place to relax and sleep after a long busy day.

The ceiling had some spider webs and dust and there was no individual fridge

The hotel is really very close to the hotel, a 2 min s walk and all I had to do was cross the road. The space was comfortable and cozy and as it was in the winter it was a good thing that the rooms heater was on when I arrived The staff was really patient and recommended alot of the onsens and shared where to go during my stay

The bed was very comfortable, location great for the Yumoto train station and local restaurants and souvenir shops. Room was small but beautiful and comfortable nonetheless. Comunal espresso machine was a great addition.

Better space for luggage. What they had turned the entry way into an obstacle course.

The room was well laid out for a tiny room. Liked that they had coffee and tea for guests as well as use of their laundry. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff helpful. The location is great. A VERY short walk from the station. Lots of food options near by.
