Seems like a very old hotel that took over by the current company and rebranded it with a modern name.

Multilingual staff helps me a lot. It’s a large hotel with open air bath yet has a relatively cheap price.

The restaurant was locked which was a shame. I was hoping to see the port lights at night.

The atrium and the onsen/bath house. The view would have been amazing if it was not overcast. Excellent restaurants close by. Loved the pyjamas.

Reasonably priced hotel in Chiba with an onsen

The option of ordering room service would have been welcome.

Very reasonably priced mid-range hotel with an (almost) 24-hour onsen and rooms much bigger than you'd get for anything close to the same price in Tokyo. Would recommend if going to a conference or similar in the area, although Chiba itself is quite industrial with not much to see or do.

    - Pillow not very comfortable - Not many restaurants nearby, need to walk a bit to find more choices - Would be quite difficult to get around without a car or to go sight seeing etc.

    - Nice hotel with paid parking - Good price/quality - Staff can speak English quite well - Donki Mall+convenience store very close by - Decent size rooms

    Too far from the station.

Like the view of lounge, and the open onsen. Donki is just at next door that is convenient to shop.

I stayed here for the purposes of going to Makuhari Messe Hall, and whilst it's a little out of the way if you plan to walk & save money as I did, it's 100% worth it! Fantastic facilities at such an affordable price I really can't complain one bit. Train travel is easily accessible nearby. The staff had some trouble communicating in English but I really can't fault the hotel or staff for this, I realise i'm the fish out of water in this situation, they went above and beyond to help with what they could!

nothing, all was very OK! Maybe a little thing. To put some water bottles in the room. I wasn't comfortable with the tap water.

The hotel is all good! The view from the room is just amazing! The beds are very comfortable. And the onsen is ok! Not the best ever seen, but more than ok. The outside baths are a great experience.

Pillows were small and uncomfortable. cleaning lady kept trying to barge into the room after my husband told her not too. That was a little weird.

Large room, large restroom, parking was cheap $6.00 for 24 hours

It's an old hotel, but totally fine for a short night or two.

Good price and nice staff. Has a public bath, but please read Japanese onsen rules as there were tourists who were shocked about naked people. Kinda funny. Outdoor onsen was amazing. Easy check in and check out process.

Quite a distance from eating and shopping places. Parking for hotel guests at 1000 yen per day could be cheaper than more central places

Good check in, lovely large room and view. Really enjoyed this room after bad stay at Daiwa Royal at Minamiboso. Good value for money. In a quiet part of town but linked via the shinjuku park.

A pleasant stay... until they threw away my poster!
    • Business trip
    • Solo traveller
    • Standard Double Room
    • Stayed 4 nights

This hotel has become famous among my colleagues, because it realized one of the worst nightmares of a researcher/academic. I was in Tokyo for a scientific conference and I brought a poster with me (a 50€ special poster, prepared over 2 weeks of work). One day I left the poster on the bed, because it was the only place with enough space. That evening the poster was gone. At first I thought I was the culprit but after turning the room upside down and checking even the most improbable places (fridge, under the bed etc.), I asked the reception if it was thrown away. The horror! The cleaning staff threw it away! It is a funny story now and I decided not to give the hotel a bad rating, despite this... but please: be careful what you throw away when you clean up! The hotel wifi is unstable and can go offline sometimes.

The room is nice and clean. They clean quite a lot and in depth: I was positively susprised. Rooms are also quite large and relatively cheaper than similar accommodations in the Tokyo area. The staff speaks perfect English and is generally helpful/friendly. The location is not far from the nearest station (Chibaminato).

The location was not ideal if you wanna see Tokyo, it was my mistake, but it was actually not too bad with the Narita express getting from Chiba to Tokyo in 30mins. Room was clean, proper, quality-price related.
