We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBeware, most of the restaurants shut quite early - we got caught out on our first evening and had to make do with microwaved noodles from the local convenience store!
Good facilities decent sized room, excellent location right next to the local fish market with a great selection of places to eat. Most of the interesting places (gardens, castle, ninja weapons museum) are within walking distance for fit young people, and there are plenty of bus services for older folks like us.

IsraelThe room had a motion light in the bathroom area that can’t be shut off and it bothered us at night so we had to get the staff to turn it off permanently, also the a/c turned off in the middle of the night for some reason. Breakfast could be better.

Centrally located and an easy walk from the train station. Kanazawa is a walking town and this hotel is right in the middle of the districts that you would want to explore. Had a nice onsen on the top floor.

United KingdomFront desk made a mess of check out by not telling us there was a taxi stand 1 min walk away. Instead we waited 30 mins for them to call a taxi that never arrived. Otherwise service was really good.
Fabulous hotel with the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Brilliant selection of literally everything I could hope / wish for. It’s in a great location for finding restaurants, shops and getting to the old town.
