The location, although it is close the metro station, you do need to use a different one to travel to Umeda, Namba or Dotonbori :(

The appartment is very well located, 2min walk from Zauo fishing restaurent, a unique experience to do, 20min walking from Dontobori beautiful neighboor. The appartment is enough spacious, proper and the owner was quite flexible. We really appreciate it

The place located near Tsutenkaku and Metro Sakaisuji K18 Ebisucho But to go to the city or JR connection we had to change the train at Dobutsuenmae, walking quite a lot there. Not recommended to elderly and kids or Traveller with many luggage.

Bedroom small. The checkin and checkout is via a computer/machine. So if you have a problem, I dont know how will u resolve it. I would recommend this hotel for young people. I dont see my grandparents fighting with the computer at 1:00 am in the night to do the check-in or chek-out, get the keys, find the room etc etc. Hotels with this price Must Have staff and real people to solve problems.

Location and clean were very good. Bed were confortables. Be carefull because they dont have staff or people working in the hotel reception. All the activities concerning to check-in, out or any other thing is via computer or internet. Not recommendable

Detergent for washing machine was provided but for one wash, so had to buy it. Pillows were a bit hard, would be nice if there were two pillows per person.

The location was great and there is a lot of space so it was great for 2 people. Apartment is super functional. The washing machine was useful. Definitely would recommend staying here!

It was a bit noisey outside in terms of police cars, but if you close windows the room is sound proof, also it's because it's pretty central

Late check in time and no desk to leave luggage behind prior to check in, had to use near by train station. The bathroom/toilet also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite the property being advertised as smoke-free.

Self check in was easy and efficient. It was a short walk to train station. Very nice hot shower. Beds were comfortable. It met our needs.

No staff on site, and a 3pm check in required us to find lockers for our luggage as we arrived fairly early on the day.

Very efficient use of space whilst still being able to fit 2 large suitcase and 2 small suitcases in the room. The facilities are very complete - you even have a washing machine and drying fan in the bathroom or hang it in the balcony to dry clothes. The small kitchen and generously large fridge freezer was a pleasant surprise! We didn’t use it much but the washing machine and dryer was very useful. Very clean and modern apartment. Please take off your shoes before going in the room! Convenient location, plenty of restaurants and close to Ebisucho metro station
