The house needs renovating, facilities are used. But what can be cleaned is clean and value for money is great! Area is gated and quiet, but a few shops/restaurants in walking distance.

Most amazing, kind, attentive staff! We had to extend our stay due to illness and were taken care of so nicely. Great fresh breakfast and other food. Spacious rooms and lounge areas. Nice pool.

There was no towel to dry your hands and no badrug in the bathroom. The room was hot and the ventilator wasn't helping much.

The staff was nice, helpful and polite.

The place is beautiful but needs tlc (tender loving care!). Some paint job and renovation would do wonders to the place. Due to the heat at the coast, I expected that they would provide a bottle of water each day as part of the service instead of charging for it.

The breakfast was good especially excellent fruit. The location was good in that it is quiet, peaceful. But is was necessary to use a car or tuktuk to get into shopping malls.

Rooms, especially bathrooms, require some decent refreshment, but generally it was clean.

The Leinmach House helped us to find a backup accommodation, as we were duped by another Mombasa guesthouse. A staff is very friendly. The location is very good, close to the best Mombasa beach and not far away from the Old Town. There is also very nice Italian restaurant in the area.

They need bed switch, it does not cost much otherwise it is inconveniencing to switch off lights at the door then walk to bed in darkness.

The breakfast can be improved. I did not like the matoke part. Location is ok.

    A pleasant stay in Mombasa

The rooms need a little bit of TLC and I feel that even a coat of paint would go a long way to make the room look updated. My biggest disappointment was that there was no hot water in the shower. I was told that the geyser uses solar power to heat the water and that it takes a long time for the hot water to arrive in the shower. It did not, however, make any difference what time of day I showered or how long I waited for the hot water, it never came.

I thought that Leinmach House was the ideal place for me to stay for my work trip. It was very clean, safe, quiet and the staff were all very friendly. It is conveniently located within walking distance to some great restaurants and to the beach. I had some very enjoyable swims in the swimming pool at the end of my work day. The food served in the restaurant was very tasty and good value for money.

The buffy break fast The location and internet Cheap and best food at the restaurant Nyali beach ⛱️ is like 10 minutes walk Looks secure and quiet at night The guy named Dan was so friendly and helping at all time It's always warm that side so you can cool your self in the swimming pool though at times it's a bit busy It's a nice place to be in Mombasa

It was clean but everything is so old that is not looks well the most in bathroom. Door in bathroom doesn't work which is not comfortable. Also some of window can't close and mosquito net has to big holes so we had a lot of mosquito inside the room :(

Hosts are very nice and helpful. We can leave our baggage after check out. Towels and bed linen we're changed every day (it was nice but i think is not necessary). Breakfasts we're tasty but if you want tee you need to say "black tee" without that you will get tee with milk ;) it is close to the mamba village which it is very big PLUS :)

It is super noisy due to the pool, as people can walk in, and the kitchen starts working at 5:00 a.m with all these noises it is impossible to rest, also FYI even though you paid for the room if you have guests you must pay extra

was told there was a restaurant but nothing there. Was told it was eggs and sausages for breakfast so we skipped it. You need a generator as the power cut was quite long.
