The beds where quite uncomfortable as be booked a king bed and it was two twin beds attached which wasn't comfortable

Beach was a fair walk away. Had to pay extra for swimming pool - we felt it should have been included in the price. Hence we did not use the pool.

Nice little place, close to the Mall. Staff were lovely. Issues raised were sorted quickly by reception staff.

Lack synchronisation and service is challenging

Booking.com confirmed that we (4) were going to be staying in two cottages with each having a living room, Kitchenette and bedroom but this wasn't the case. It was far from it. It was just one bedroom for each couple. What a disappointment. Bookings.com had pictures too. This was misleading from Bookings.com. I wrote to bookings on the checkin day but never got a response and still waiting. We opted to stay at Prideinn Nyali because of what bookings.com confirmed we were going to have. The rooms were clean though and staff friendly. Would I stay there again? Not sure, its 50/50 with bookings.com now. Next time, they might tell us we are going to be walking on flying carpets to our rooms.

The breakfast was a bit underwhelming. It‘s a shame in Mombasa to have only instant coffee, and the dishes were all very local.

I did like the way I was not escorted to my taxi when I was leaving and the person who attended to me did not thank me for staying. I payed she printed the receipt and said thank you. I was like 🤔 that's odd

My room very clean and staff were friendly, very helpful. I particularly interacted with Mr. Bundi. He is very kind and hospitable. A good sales person. He made me eat even though I was not hungry. My first experience with pride inn. I loved it

Serving of continental breakfast. Its the coast the least you can do is do continental. Swahili breakfast would be more ideal

There was some slight noise from upstairs the first day but we changed rooms and it was all good.

The rooms were amazing, nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The pool was clean and well maintained.

The room sizes were quite small compared to the pictures posted. Amenities like a kettle and iron were available on request rather than in room. Prices were higher.

The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. The property had been renovated hence it was very fresh. The Manager was very accommodating of our request for bigger rooms since our stay was nearly 12 days. Very peaceful and safe area. Will stay again.
