“We stayed out of season in mid-November, which was a gorgeous time to explore the southern shore of Issyk-Kul. We had the local beach to ourselves (minus a few stray dogs) and particularly enjoyed visiting the nearby hot spring. Rooms were warm, clean and cozy. Delicious breakfasts, with plenty of tea always available. We were grateful to be able to cook for ourselves in the kitchen as all the local cafes were closed out of season. Highlights were the children's playground on site and the friendly cats.”
