Choice at breakfast was OK but nothing great

Very nice hotel in a good location of Bishkek, very close to restaurants and bars, we had a double room booked, however when we checked in the girl on reception advised we had been upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite, this was a fantastic surprise and very much appreciated, the suite was very spacious, bathroom had a nice big walk in style shower and a separate bath, we ate twice at the hotel restaurant because we were tired from been out of the city on tours, both meals were very nice

Room service was a bit lacking. We requested to refill the shampoo and shower gel but they did the shower gel until our check out. I hope they will improve.

Very clean , helpful and super friendly staff, good location (very quiet at night). What I love most - very comfortable bed, it’s extremely important for me and it’s 10 out of 10. One very small advise for the management - check the pancakes and croutons at the breakfast, I guess they should look like more attractive as in the pictures. At least at 50-60% :) But I am in love with your place - will come back for sure.

Nothing Negative!

This hotel exceeded my expectations simply because of the amazingly helpful staff. All the guys were very kind and ready to participate in solving emerging issues. The room was quite spacious, comfortable and clean, the location of the hotel is very good.The breakfasts were good with a lot of choice. Surprisingly, there was even a gas mask in the room))) which amused me a little!

- some facilities require a small repair like door handles - we faced power outage but it was fixed in few minutes after the call

- great staff and service, very responsive on the requests - wonderful breakfasts on the roof top terrace - great location in the centre but on calm and silent lane - everything clean, modern and nice interior we were very pleased that manager woke up as at night because we asked him to prepare the takeaway food boxes for departure. we actually missed the alarms and we going to oversleep the flight but manager noticed that we hadn’t come and called us. Big thanks!

staff in breakfast room didn’t seem to know what to do, even when the buffet was empty of food they all stood around at the bar not doing much.

Comfortable large room. well appointed. good air conditioning. Breakfast served in restaurant at the top of the building. Really liked the drip coffee maker in the room.

The noises, you can hear each single voice , I couldn't sleep at all, my room was near the balcony with stairs & view where people can go out to smoke & keep opening the door & closing it , the breakfast were so poor , & the rib eye steak I ordered wasn't beef although I asked them to cook beef , I vomited I think it was horse meat
