The AC wasn't strong enough, so it was hot at night.. And the safe didn't work. But besides that, everything was good, and we definitely recommend this place

Absolutely not a negative for the hotel at all- but if you’re coming to sunbathe the pool area doesn’t get much sun after 11am- ish just as an fyi!

Cannot fault this place! The welcome drink and cold towel set the scene for a perfect stay as well as the exceptionally kind greeting from the receptionist and barman (I apologise as their names escaped me). The staff were super and went over and beyond- room upgrade was a lovely touch! Clean rooms, nice balcony, food and drink at the restaurant was nice. Pool area was spot on for a dip to cool down in the heat. We organised a sunrise tour of Angkor Wat through the hotel which was one of our favourite tours so far. If you’re staying in Siem reap I would highly recommend!

Lovely boutique hotel. Attention to every detail from beautiful art in entrance and lobby to the tasty dishes served. Pool was great on a hot afternoon - refreshing! Our room was spacious and comfortable, the beds were great. We used the airport driver service and it worked great. And Mr. Danni was our favorite TukTuk driver. The value of food in the restaurant was exceptional, we ate a few dinners in and were very happy.

The staff, the staff, the staff! They were beyond accommodating. Could not praise them highly enough. There were also tuk Tuks parked in the front of the hotel which was so handy, although everything you could need was in walking distance. Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. The free bus collection was very much appreciated!

The hotel exceeded my expectations - from the rooms to the staff and the pool area. Overall a great stay in a lovely setting with a lot of plants and yet central in the heart of Siem Reap. Definitely my favorite hotel in town, will gladly return.

Excellent customer service! The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. They welcomed me with an orange juice as a welcome drink and a cold towel. They helped me book tuk-tuks and a airport transfer and organized a great morning tour to Angkor Wat for me. There wasn't a question they couldn't answer or help me with. All with incredible kindness, especially the lady who was there when I arrived (I don't know her name unfortunately). Fantastically beautiful hotel! The pool area in the courtyard was fantastic. Quiet for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or just to spend the entire day there - a little time like in paradise. Some guests also used the area for mobile working. There is a small restaurant right next to the pool, where also breakfast is served. The staff there were also very nice and helpful. The complex was very clean and furnished with attention to detail. The room was spacious and also very clean. There were water carafes in the room which you could refill at the refill stations. Some cosmetic products and a bathrobe were provided as well. I really wished, my stay would have been longer to enjoy more time at this hotel.

Good rooms, nice swimming pool. We got upgraded to pool view and it was very nice. The location is perfect for us, only a few min walk to pub street but quiet area which made us relax like home.

Great place to stay for a few days in Siem Reap. Rooms were large and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool after a hot day looking at temples. The hotel organised taxi transfers and trips to Angkor wat, the floating villages and Kulen waterfall - which made everything so easy. Food was very good with a good choice of Asian and western dishes to choose from. Staff were Superb- incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved our stay and would definitely go back

Clean, great location within walking distance to pub street, restaurants, cafes etc. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was great. They were very accommodating when my spouse was not feeling well and opted to have breakfast in our room. Staff would check up on him and make sure he was comfortable. We were given complimentary scarves at check out which was an unexpected but nice surprise.
