“The property is a refurbished hanok or traditional Korean home. But the beds and bathrooms are Western style. We booked a room with a private bathroom. When we arrived we were shown our bathroom which was across the shared sitting room space and separate from our bedroom. But later on another guest cancelled and the host put us into a room with a proper ensuite which was much better. If such things matter, best to check ahead as to what sort of privat bathroom you are getting.
The shared sitting room space was lovely with a mini kitchen, tea and coffee, lots of snacks and cold water in the fridge. Wifi was good and there was aircon in all the rooms.
The little courtyard was lovely to sit in for coffee in the morning.
The host was really helpful with transport directions and even met us at the bus stop when we arrived, and accompanied us back to the bus stop when we left to make sure we got the right bus.”
“A whole Hanok to yourself. Cosy and lovingly decorated by the owner who is very helpful and thoughtful. They even took the trouble to message us about a fun local festival that we couldn’t find on Google or Naver.”

How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
And finally, a review
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
