The hotel does not have a wardrobe. Limited space to hang our cloths. Very decent hotel, too small if you carry bigger luggage.

The location is surrounded by restaurants and shopping outlets.

The alley to the hotel is quite narrow - sometimes it's hard to maneuver in getting to the hotel if you're renting a car the basement parking space is a double parked system & require reverse parking. Reverse parking was fine, but it's pretty difficult in maneuvering from the narrow road & random parked cars by the roadside

Really liked the separated bedroom from the toilet (still not a shared toilet) Loved the heated flooring! Location is pretty near to the airport if you need to catch an early morning flight The hotel staff communicated well on the parking arrangement for the hotel

What i like most about my stay is the perfect softness of the bed and linens. I really love it. The location is perfect also in Jeju City, just 2 bus stop away from Jeju airport. The A/C is strong and the price is reasonable. Its also minutes walking distance from Nuwemaru. I would recommend this hotel to all when in Jeju

Parking space can only cater for 4 cars. Need to reverse your car down a slope into the car park space where it is a bit challenging. Then you will need to leave car keys to the lobby staff in order to move your car if it is blocking. Lucky that we always get a car park space, may be due to low season.

Location, near to shops, eateries. Convenient stalls and cafe nearby. There is a walking street nearby. Provide toiletries. Room is small but comfortable.

Parking was a bit rough. The hotel has only 4 parking spots in the garage. After parking there, you have to leave the keys on the reception in case you were the front car to park there (there are two spots behind each other so the car in the cannot leave if yoh park there so the receptionist needs to repark your car).

Place isn't the newest, but it was pretty clean. Towels were provided as usual, one big and one small for hands, per person. The location is awesome, a few blocks down the road there is a food street and lots of shops nearby. The guys at the reception did not speak much English, but they still tried to solve things they could.

The only shortcoming is there’s no light switch next to the bed. So I need to leave the bed to turn off the light before sleep.

The default temperature for the insulated floors can be a bit warm.

The staff and facilities were nice. It is in a good location and the staff will park your vehicle if you have issues reversing in. They also clean your room every day..

The hotel is in a convenient location, near to bus stops and restaurants but also right next to a park and some of the rooms get a pretty nice view of the park. Although the hotel is old but everything was clean. Heating was adequate and water pressure and heating also worked well. The hotel also provided thoughtful amenities like coffee, tea, body lotion and even facial essence! Good value for.money in Jeju city!

Difficult to get parking and the hotel parking is at a very steep angle, front desk keeps the car key to move the car periodically, had to pay with credit card rather than cash as no cash / change kept on premise. The second time we were there was fine as a different receptionist managed to source the change for us.

The location - its at the edge of the Jeju city newtown. I would have liked to be closer to the center or in oldtown.

The room was big. Espacially the bathroom was very spacious. The location near the airport is convinient.

nothing at all it was really better than expected

Great location in downtown Jeju City, very near shops and eating places. Only 10 mins from airport. Rooms were small but well designed, had a good selection of amenities, even small packets of skin lotion and cream for ladies, not often seen in Korea and also for the price point, was very good value for money Free tangerines!
