Control panels for air conditioning and floor heating are right next to each other, which is a little confusing and we got them mixed up at first. Long wait times for the elevator.

Clean and comfortable, well worth the money! Right next to the subway station and good view of the ocean from the room. Would recommend for stays around Haeundae area.

After 12 o'clock in the evening, the water pressure was obviously insufficient, and the hot water supply seemed to stop. I am not sure if it is because there is a limited time to provide water.

The slow elevators. Eventhough there were multiple elevators they took a very long time. We even had to add allotted time for taking the elevators if we had to be somewhere by a specific time.

The location was excellent and facilities were great. Loved the fact that we could cook our own meals if we wanted.

Laminates of doors, walls and cabinets were peeling off, could do with some simple renovations perhaps.

Very close to haeundae station and the beach, convenient self laundry service, comfortable overall.

Somtimes there’s bad smell. we’re not sure if it’s just we are not used to the fragrance that the hotel uses. actually not right next to the beach, the beach view is not close as I imagine.

The space is really wide and you get almost all the appliances you need.It’s really clean and tidy in there.

Our washing machine was dirty, we had to wash it once before using. Same was true of the Coin Laundry downstairs. Lifts sometimes took a long time to wait for.

Loved the facilities in the suite, rice cooker, Kettle, Microwave, fridge-freezer, our own washing machine and utility room area, with a clothes drying hanger. Good views, fantastic location that was connected to the station. When it rained we could get on the Subway with absolutely no exposure to the rain at all.

The manager of the hotel was so courteous and professional in helping us to deal with a medical emergency. The staff was so professional, understanding and pleasant as well. The hotel is not a five star facility but clean enough with no issues. The locations is excellent for all sorts of transportation. Overall, excellent value for the money.

Only one pillow provided and you won’t even feel it coz it’s too soft. Bed frame are not settled and moves quickly.

The location of the hotel is really great. The Metro exit 7 is right in front of the hotel, beside it a Minimart and it’s only a 5-10 minute walk to Haeundae market and Haeundae beach. On the 3rd floor there is an easy access to the CGV Cinema. And lots of restaurants to enjoy. The hotel offers a variety of breakfast that tasted delicious. The Staff are courteous. I highly recommended this hotel when you’re in Busan.
