Content of breakfast was not enough, it was only western style and the quality and the variety is not up to the expectation at all.

Central heating fr Nov - April meant that it was quite stuffy in March

Location was good, near subway & there’s access to ground floor. The airport limousine stops just outside the hotel, so it’s convenient to get to the airport. But what stands this hotel apart is the excellent customer service. We had problems with online airport check-in. Mr Donghyun Kim at the front desk was most patient to listen to our concerns and kind to call Asiana Airlines on our behalf to clarify the situation. Getting the assurance gave us peace of mind to enjoy our last day of the trip.

It could have been better if at least they will have a different variety of breakfast everyday. We stayed for 5 nights and we ate the same breakfast everyday.

The location is perfect. The airport bus stops in front of the hotel. The breakfast is ok but its the same everyday.

There is no twin room available, only double room with one big bed for two of us.

The hotel is very near to the subway station. There is an elevator to the subway station which is right in front of the hotel. The airport bus stop is also in front of the hotel. Lots of shopping centre in that area. The toilet is spacious too.

The breakfast selection is not great. It looks like there are many choices but I'd rather go for quality than quantity, considering what they were charging for breakfast to be included with the room price.

Room was very clean, love the touch about replacing the slippers every day to get new ones. Location was amazing as the subway stop is literally in front of the hotel, and there's a convenience store around the corner.

I find nothing that I dislike, except the fact that we need to pay for late check-out and early check-in. However, that is the hotel's policy, so not much of a problem except that it is something I have never encounter in other countries. Other than that, all are great in this hotel!

the location is a huge plus! it is near the ddp and dongdaemun area. Lots of cafes to explore nearby and right outside exit4 which is amazing! there are 3 lines at the station which allows you to go anywhere with convenience. the hotel is spacious for 3 and the view is amazing! the toilet is big and spacious and the front desk is really helpful!

The automatic check-in kiosk (which was not automatic since an attendant pressed the buttons for me) seems to be an example of over-automatisation craze. Just nit-picking though.

Overall nice experience, but typical of Japanese hotel chains in Korea is that they require "self service" on lot of things.

Close to the subway station (right outside Exit 4 elevator of DDP station), can access 3 different subway lines. Very clean and efficient make up room service. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was big enough and had a mini living room area.

The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect as it is super near to the train station. Travelling was a breeze!

Having only two washers and two dryers was a problem since it caused a commotion when other guests had to wait for the dryer to completely dry the clothes. It would not have been a problem if the dryer dried the clothes better during the 45 minutes especially since it cost 4000 Won every time. I had to dry our clothes 3 times for each dryer and cost me a total of 24,000 Won. No other issues aside from the dryer and the conflict it caused with other guests.

The bed was very comfortable and being on the 20th floor was awesome. We rented 3 rooms and one of the room had an awesome view of DDP and it was spectacular especially since we celebrated New Year Eve. The other things that we enjoyed was the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. We also liked that fact that you had to use a security key to utilize the elevator. The hotel was centrally located near the trains and we especially happy that the bus was in front of the hotel to bring us back to the airport (very convenient especially when we had 9 luggage). Since our flight was at 2100 hours (9PM), they were able to store our luggage free of charge. Our kids also enjoyed the sleeping outfits and amenities such as tooth brush, cue-tips, etc which were provided on a daily basis especially since we stayed for 7 days.

Very minor. Teaspoons were not included with the in-room tea and coffee facilities.

Easy and quick check-in. Spacious, clean room. Very comfortable bed, with pyjamas included. Decent storage for bags and clothes. Large shower with good pressure. Stellar location, right next to the metro with numerous exits and the Dondageum Cultural Centre. Walking distance to Gwangjang Market. 24hr Laundry facilities and fitness centre. Free locker storage for luggage if you arrive before check-in.

The metro is just next to it; closest is Exit 4. By right, there's a lift that leads from the metro right up to the street level of the hotel. But the lift was not in operation so we had to climb the flight of stairs. Picture this with tourists like us carrying the heavy luggages up that flight of stairs. It was torturous. I hope the lift will be in operation soon for future tourists. The breakfast was ok, expected. But the food was cold. The room is smaller than expected, cannot leave 3 luggages lying on the floor opened.

The location is very close to the shopping malls in Dongdaemun. The metro is just next to the hotel and there're 3 lines at this station so it's very convenient to go anywhere. Check in & out are easy. In-room WiFi is good. Washing machine is in B1 which is very convenient, no need to go out. Room & toilet are clean, the shampoo, conditioner & body wash are very good; I love them. Overall it's a comfortable & cosy stay and it's worth it.

The air conditioning was a tad noisy and perhaps not the most immediately effective.

The location is more than excellent (3 metro lines nearby and several city buses, plus airport bus station right in front); the breakfast was very diverse and delicious, with both western and somewhat Korean options (you can never have enough kimchi fried rice :D ); staff was very friendly; check-in/-out process was quick and simple; our room was large, very clean (and kept clean throughout our stay), well equipped and well supplied; the bed was large and comfortable; we had a fascinating view of the city.

I loved my stay here. The staff was wonderful, the room was lovely, with a large bathroom and a great location. The subway and airport bus were just out the door. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was beautiful.
