How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

far away from tourists attractions
hotel is best to airport and clean. friendly and helpful even with the language barriers they tried to help and translate. Yoon at the concierge is very helpful and attentive.

no stand in shower, the elevator takes a long time in the morning to arrive

Great location, convinient shuttle service, very helpful staff. They gave us exceptional recommendations for the restaurants to visit and for the taxi service arrangement. Room was very spacious with great view.

The breakfast was good however I did not think it was value for money. It is also just over an hours drive to the South of the island.
The location is close the Jeju Airport and sits in the centre of Jeju City - it's convenient and well located. The view from the room was excellent - there was a view of the mountain and the sea. The staff were helpful and were able to explain the facilities available to us.

The hotel was clean and functional, but could do with a little sprucing!
Central location in Jeju City, easy to get to and from Jeju International Airport, and well serviced by public transport (many bus routes). A good range of varied restaurants and eateries nearby, along with lots of shopping options (Korean and international brands, high-street and luxury fashion, cosmetics etc.).

Old finishing. Toilet seat and lid have no soft closing. Swimming pool is shallow and small, only adequate for kids. Carpet in the room was dirty and covered with stain.
Helpful staffs. Free bus tour. Clean and comfy bed.

The hotel was NOT able to call us a taxi to the airport after we checked out. I find it hard to believe that there are no taxies to be had on JeJu.

sauna was closed due to Covid but the facilities are good otherwise.

The pool is kind of icky and pretty small. Lots of children also. The restaurant is pretty expensive for what they serve.
Spacious room and clean. There's also a laundry room at the lobby floor which was nice.

- Being near a major hospital (Halla Hospital) you did hear quite a few ambulance sirens throughout the day and night. - The pool and bar were nothing special though did provide a great view of the Jeju airport - We tried the buffet dinner for ~$80 and while the meat section was good the seafood was not. Would probably give this a miss due to the price.
Nice hotel with very helpful staff, particularly the lobby concierge who organised taxi's for us and was able to translate between us and the taxi driver. The rooms were spacious, clean with epic blackout curtains. There are major bus routes a short distance from the hotel and it was only a 20 minutes bus trip to the Bus terminal which connected you to all routes. Our room came with mountain views a desk and reading area which we great to relax in after exploring for the day

the location is great for people who want to stay near the airport, but maybe not the best to visit Jeju
