I did notice a minor issue with the sink in the washroom getting stuck. Additionally, some of the appliances in the room seemed a bit dated for a five-star hotel. A renovation could further elevate the luxury experience. Nevertheless, the excellent service and attention to detail made my stay enjoyable. Looking forward to seeing the improvements in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing ample space to relax and unwind. Very old hotel I think they should mention that their ac is not working at the booking time and not during checkin

Honestly I was disappointed in that hotel. As soon as we checked in we were told that the AC was not working in all the rooms as it was under construction we had to leave the windows open and it was hard for us to sleep because of the noise outside

No air-conditioning in the winter/spring seasons, balcony doors opened and very noisy with boats, cars and people along the promenade. This combined with the noise from airport nearby was very significant.

Ocean suite on the top floor with excellent sea view, we could watch the sea ladies at work in the morning. Nice friendly staff but somehow the concierge staff could not handle restaurant reservations!?

The housekeeping staff kept giving us 3 bath towels despite knowing we have 4 pax. Also they refused to replenish the complimentary teabags & coffee each day because if they didn’t , then we will not drink, that means they won’t have to wash the cups 😡

Charge for toothbrush? Thats a bit ridculous. Family room - the bunk bed room for kids is super small. They expect us to put another kid in the main room with 2 big beds, weird.

The room was very hot. When we arrived the room temp was 30C. Even after turning off the heat in the room via the controls the temperature did not drop significantly and the room remained overly hot. We had to open windows and request a fan from the front desk to help cool the room.

Family room was perfect for a family of 4. Staff are amazingly helpful and professional. Pool ans leisure facilities were excellent. Hotel design is dated but the building, room and facilities are well maintained.

I should have done some research but we went during the winter season, and they do not turn on the aircon during this time which was a cultural shock for us. But we managed by leaving the balcony door open (there is a bug screen).

The location was great, right on the water next to a long path to exercise on. Shopping and restaurants are 10 minute walk down the street. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful!!

Being so near the airport, the noise level was high when planes take off and land. Room had a mouldy, musky smell, and generally a little old and run down. Concierge service can be better - it is understandable that there is a language barrier but staff could have made more of an effort to understand what we need.

Location was great though - accessibility to walking trails and also markets and restaurants.

We initially had an issue with our room, but the staff were really gracious and were able to move us to another room for our stay with a balcony. For the price I expected truly 5 star. This was not quite the case. The room had no electric plugs on the side of the bed at all. There were no bedside lamps or tables... you have to get up and walk to the other side of the room to switch of lights or plug in your phone etc. Restaurant only does buffet meals and these are quite overpriced.

Beautiful reception area. Good location. Free parking. My room had lovely Korean style furniture with lovely views of the ocean. The on site convenience store was great.

no Wifi encryption, extra charges for a rental swimming cap, fabric swimming caps instead of plastic. upon checkout the staff wasnt able to customize the adresse on the invoice which can be critical for reimbursement on business travel
