Lovely location overlooking the sea /harbour area. Didn't find the staff as friendly as the other hotels we stayed in during our visit to South Korea. Room spacious and comfortable.

Size of the room is a bit on the small end, but it obviously depends on what you pay for.

We took a 3 people premiere room. The staff has always been helpful and polite, including the people manning the underground parking. The facilities are excellent. They have a secondary parking lot for when the underground one is full. The mattresses and cushion and firm enough and comfy, the rooms at the higher floor are very quiet. Shower pressure is great, and the bidets are new and powerful. Very clean, and very attentive everyday after cleaning. Location is right in front of the seaside, it's similar to a lot more property in the area. Very easy to reach if you rent a car (recommended as this one has underground parking). At walking distance one of the best bakery in Jeju City, ABC coffee

The bathroom is basic. It could do with a renovation to upgrade the toilet bowl and sink.

The rooms are clean and size of the room is good for the price paid. The hotel is conveniently located in the city. Easy to get around. Lots of eating places to choose from. Shopping street is just 5 mins walk.

Small inconvenience with the credit card, as it was swiped several times in the hotel restaurant so there was a repeated charge, the girls at the front desk in the morning with a very rude attitude told me it was my bank's problem, finally the problem was solved thanks to the restaurant staff calling their bank. The attitude of the girls at the front desk in the morning left much to be desired.

The Senior girl managing the desk at night was very kind to change us to a room on a higher floor since we asked her if she could do so.

Restaurant and bar had limited food options. With no room service in the evening prior to 8 pm. Even when pub / restaurant was not busy. Also pool is outside and not heated thus not open.

- Bathroom is nice and well equipped with super comfortable heated toilet. - Parking is free and easy - Check in/out process is so smooth and fast - Bakery downstairs is recommended - Game arcade for kids

The aircon is centrally controlled so we found it's either too warm or too cold. We are a family of 4, the room felt a little tight with 2 double beds.

We drove and had valet parking offered by the hotel. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops around. There's a restaurant/bar in the hotel, not big but decent enough. The staff were attentive, we had fried chicken and beer.

Superb location. Staffs are friendly. They cleaned our room every single day and kept it neat, which felt really nice after the tiring day. The check-in and check-out were very quick and efficient. Nice view of the sea from the room. No complaints at all. There is a Cafe and a bakery opposite to the hotel and they both were excellent. Also a convenient store right opposite to the hotel which is open till midnight. The black pork street is at a stone throw distance with many barbecue options.

I like that the location was near the sea, at the north of Jeju City. The area around the hotel is very convenient as well, with good access to food, convenience stores and even eMart! You can also walk to Dongmun Market.

The room is quite warm and stuffy even during early spring. No half day room extension option. The double bed seems slightly smaller than Queen Size

Spacious toilet and good toiletries provided. Nice ocean view. Good walking distance to shopping, BBQ pork restaurant, 24hr supermarket and convenience stores. Macdonalds is just next to hotel too.

The room tended to be a bit chilly, and unfortunately, it wasn't soundproof. We could hear street chatter and singing, as well as noise from other guests.

Stayed at a hotel conveniently located near Jeju airport. Taxi ride from the airport to the hotel was only 7000 won. The hotel is within walking distance of Black Pork Street, Dongmun Market, and Sashimi street making it easy to explore the area for food.
