no self laundry and i hope that the hotel and all hotels in Korea provide a halal food for Muslim people which is easy thing to do and will encourage many of them to visit korea

we appreciated that we were allowed to check in early. the room was clean n the bed was comfortable. there is a 24hrs supermarket nearby, shopping street across the road n Mac Donald was just nearby.

The exchange rate in the front desk is quite expensive, and the room size is not spacious.

The location of the hotel is prime, just next to the sea harbour. The view of the sea from my room is really amazing. It is easy to find food near the hotel; such as seafood restaurants, also near Black Pork street where we could find numbers of restaurants serving black pork food. The location is also close to shopping streets and traditional market. As for the room, it is cozy and quite comfortable with seaview, although the size is not really spacious. There is a vending machine near the elevators, so it should be easy for us to purchase drinks with affordable prices. Taxi to airport is most likely standby in front of the hotel lobby. The hotel price is affordable.

Would be nice to have swimming pool or hot tub. The hallway always have weird smell and a lot stronger during the morning it’s as if someone smoked somewhere in the hotel

Nice view great location and have lot of foods nearby. The floor does smell like someone smoked outside. Didn’t realize that their swimming pool and hot tub only open during summer time. My daughter was so excited and thought that we will have swimming pool

For its price, I'd expect the Breakfast to have more options. Also, not an actual negative point, but one morning we had to wake up before breakfast to go to Hallasan and we asked the reception if we could have some light breakfast packed to go, but they could not accommodate our request. It would have been appreciated if they could have done that.

Ideal location, great view, and friendly staff who spoke English very well. Breakfast was decent, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

Only thing is that the hotel is little old. But I would stay again, Location was also good.

The checkin and checkout was easy, I could easily extend my stay during the flight cancellation. The room was clean, big and you could find everything you need. The stuff was nice. And the room was always clean.

Glass door feels a little uncomfortable as far as there is a small gap between the door itself and the doorway so it never closes completely. And the clouded glass on the door is not completely clouded - only in the middle. So if you're of average height it might not cause any troubles but if you're are above average height you will be able to see over the clouded part and observe even those things you don't intend to see)

Location is perfect. Sea view room provides you with a really breathtaking view of the sea and landing planes (as far as the airport is just few kilometers away). A lot of places to eat nearby. The room was clean and nice, beds were really comfy. I would really recommend you the place for a stay.

The only issue I had with my room is that tour busses tended to stop just below my room early in the morning and idle until they loaded up with passengers.

The sea view room was wonderful. The location was perfect. You can easily walk around the sea area, to restaurants and to shopping. The windows open so you can have fresh air. I am always greatful when a hotel has a mirror with enought light for a woman to put make up on properly.

Aircon temperature bit hard to adjust. Sometimes quite hot in middle of night and sometimes cold.

it was out of the main area near the airport so catching public transport was a little tricky. we would catch a taxi to the airport or bus terminal and then could easily catch buses. hotel staff were very helpful ordering taxis

I loved being near the waterfront. there were a lot of good small restaurants in the roads behind the hotel, both Korean and others (Mexican, Yemeni). there is a 24hr supermarket close by for late night snacks

It was like any other hotel with that kind of charge, nothing much that surprised me. They were charging for toothbrushes which seemed a little silly. The location is not central, it is close to the airport but away from most site seeing places.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Basic amenities and daily room cleaning. Situated 10mins away from Dongmun Traditional Market. Has a convenience store, a few cafes and McDonald's nearby.

Good value for the money : good location : near the waterfront, but also near from the market, night market stalls, black pork street and restaurants. Parking available on site. Wifi was working just fine. Swimming pool wasnt open at this time of year. Beds really confortable and big, and the room was big enough. Also, not far from the airport by car.
