Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lovely location overlooking the sea /harbour area. Didn't find the staff as friendly as the other hotels we stayed in during our visit to South Korea. Room spacious and comfortable.

MaltaSize of the room is a bit on the small end, but it obviously depends on what you pay for.
We took a 3 people premiere room. The staff has always been helpful and polite, including the people manning the underground parking. The facilities are excellent. They have a secondary parking lot for when the underground one is full. The mattresses and cushion and firm enough and comfy, the rooms at the higher floor are very quiet. Shower pressure is great, and the bidets are new and powerful. Very clean, and very attentive everyday after cleaning. Location is right in front of the seaside, it's similar to a lot more property in the area. Very easy to reach if you rent a car (recommended as this one has underground parking). At walking distance one of the best bakery in Jeju City, ABC coffee

The rooms are clean and size of the room is good for the price paid. The hotel is conveniently located in the city. Easy to get around. Lots of eating places to choose from. Shopping street is just 5 mins walk.

SpainSmall inconvenience with the credit card, as it was swiped several times in the hotel restaurant so there was a repeated charge, the girls at the front desk in the morning with a very rude attitude told me it was my bank's problem, finally the problem was solved thanks to the restaurant staff calling their bank. The attitude of the girls at the front desk in the morning left much to be desired.
The Senior girl managing the desk at night was very kind to change us to a room on a higher floor since we asked her if she could do so.

United KingdomThe aircon is centrally controlled so we found it's either too warm or too cold. We are a family of 4, the room felt a little tight with 2 double beds.
We drove and had valet parking offered by the hotel. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops around. There's a restaurant/bar in the hotel, not big but decent enough. The staff were attentive, we had fried chicken and beer.

Superb location. Staffs are friendly. They cleaned our room every single day and kept it neat, which felt really nice after the tiring day. The check-in and check-out were very quick and efficient. Nice view of the sea from the room. No complaints at all. There is a Cafe and a bakery opposite to the hotel and they both were excellent. Also a convenient store right opposite to the hotel which is open till midnight. The black pork street is at a stone throw distance with many barbecue options.
