The food & drink within the hotel is very expensive. The breakfasts although really good were too expensive to justify doing every day as these are all extra. The hotel room in itself though was very reasonable. There are many excellent restaurants near by outside of the hotel.

The pool, specifically the outdoor one (which links up to the indoor one) was excellent. It stays open till late at night, which meant we were able to take wonderful swims and enjoy the live outdoor bands performing on the adjacent stage, whilst in the pool, even after a long big day out. Then you could order great poolside food till 10 or 11pm to enjoy accordingly - great formular (please dont change this!) and much enjoyed by us and the kids. The clientele are all so respectable too there was never any abuse of this system.

The hotel has a resort feel and it’s very big, it really wowed us and the staff here are all attentive and helpful. The room we stayed in has a very therapeutic mountain view. Truly enjoyed the stay here.

The whole personal and in particular the concierge were very helpful and nice. Tthe concierge helped us book a very nice taxi driver for two days. The garden is very beautiful and the restaurants are great.

Jacuzzi was extremely hot at 44 deg C. I had to ask staff to turn down the temperature.

I loved the seaview from my room. Swimming in the heated pool was a special treat. Staff were helpful and friendly. My friends and I had a delicious meal at Hinode Restaurant. We also enjoyed listening to the live music at the lobby area. Our favourite was the cellist.

The room was a bit less jovial then I had expected from the pictures. I didn‘t like the placement of the mirror in the room and the two mirrors in the bathroom adjacent the bathtub & across from the shower had me feeling like I was being watched while bathing & showering. The cleaning staff was probably overwhelmed with an influx of guests but it could have been better. When I arrived there were areas that were a bit dusty and I found strands of hair that weren‘t mine (it can happen). One day, I came back to my room and a member of the cleaning staff was using my bathroom (I understand that ‘nature calls’ but it was…odd). Another time, a staff member left a cleaning glove behind, which made me think they didn’t care much…the same day they left the closet door open (they clearly didn’t vacuum there because I killed a spider my first night and failed to remove it myself and it was there for my entire stay), so I thought it was weird they opened the closet at all. The safe in the closet was broken as well…so, I didn’t like the feeling that my valuables could have been stolen. All the same, having worked in hospitality myself- I am understanding and didn’t want to make a fuss.

I really enjoyed the reception, concierge, and room service staff- they were absolutely fabulous!

No complimentary slice of cake for birthday celebration. However, We happily bought it from the lobby cafe and the staff arranged for the cake to be sent during dinner which I'm very pleased with their service.

Love the big and comfortable room with the traditional style. It's really suitable for families with rabbits and bird feeding in the morning at the compound. The view at the park overlooking the sea was surreal. We booked the glamping dinner for four to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was memorable and the food was awesome and the service from the hotel staffs were impeccable. It's worth the indulgence!
