I would improve the breakfast, I pay the extra cost but after trying the first day I preferred to go to Starbucks.

Overall pretty good place and service, the rooms are big with a nice city view. Very clean and neat.

Rooms and washrooms needs little renovation because they are little old style. Sort of cosmetic stuff. Resturent area also needs further cleaning and upgrading of furniture. TV was very old and hardly some good channels to watch.

Comfortable and price wise it is economical compare to other hotels in town. Easy access to major areas of Kuwait. Best part they have mosque just in front of the hotel so easy to go. Enough covered parking area which is good for summers, because in Kuwait cars become ovens when if they are parked outside .. lol. Friendly staff, prompt service and especially room cleaning ladies are very active and pleasant personality. Dinning area staff provides good service in the morning for breakfast. As a note there would me little more items needed to add in breakfast buffet. Receptionist are also very friendly and supportive. McDonald’s, Hardee’s and many Arabic, Pakistani and Indian restaurants located within walking distance. Ohhh did I forgot to mention, gold market, computers market and cell phone shops? They are just behind the hotel and you can go walking. I liked the Gold Market there, good place for gold shopping.

Terrible internet! It’s barely working, constantly up and down, it’s just unacceptable. Sometimes it’s so slow I can’t even call a Careem. When it works it’s ok but in general I feel like I’m in Africa. They should really fix this in 2023. I would have given them 10 if it wasn’t for the Internet. They restated it a few times bug it’s just so bad it really frustrated me.

The rooms are really huge and as spacious as advertised. It’s a great location and price is on the cheaper end for Kuwait. The staff were nice and hospitable. I also like the view they have from the roof. Overall it’s a good value.

The hotel area is a bit crowded and breakfast needed brewed coffee rather than the instant one, the hand water spray by the toilet had only cold water

Some of the information needs to change on the description of the hotel. It says free airport transfers which was scheduled for me but upon check out, i was told those rules are changed and i had to pay for both in amd out.

Apart from it been too cold all of my stay regardless of the temperature changes, it was fine.

Small details. For example, the curtains were difficult to pull and I got locked out of my room twice before I realised the lock closed anti-clockwise, rather than clockwise.

Huge room and bed, powerful adjustable shower. There were plenty of supermarkets and money exchanges in this immigrant area of Kuwait City. In fact, all the staff were Filipinos!

Toiletries were not readily available, had to request for more towels and even then- we were questioned why we need the extra pieces. The toilets need a good scrub.

The location was at the heart of the city, and the value of money was great. The receptionist was very welcoming.
