We got a lovely room with plenty of space. it was cleaned spotlessly! The compound is beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the compound is pricey but delicious. Not even a minute walk to the beach.

It would have been helpful to have a listing of local places/tours . I had to research on my own including restaurants.

Breakfast was fresh. Liked that you could request alternate egg choices. Would have liked to have apples to go. Pillows were not very good. Hair conditioner/shampoo too small. Should have a dispenser.

This hotel is located next to beach. The hotel is only several stories so there is plenty of room in pool and at beach for guests. Staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast is included in room price. We would stay again.

We had room with a kitchenette, it was equipped with some dishes, small fridge, small sink, micro, which was great but missing were wine glasses and a cork screw which is odd for a hotel room to have a kitchenette and not these items (I travel a lot and know this from experience). When I asked for a corkscrew, it was provided by housekeeping which was great. But when I asked for 2 wine glasses, I was declined, told to go to the restaurant and was denied there too. The pool and pool deck was too small for the amount of people

Senior staff. Unhelpful to say the least. Didn't help us out when we desperately needed it. The young girl on reception done her best to persuade them from being a bunch of utter imbeciles but no. Would not stay here ever again. Genuinely in shock at their attitudes!

Staff lacks training on fee breakdown and invoice issues. I booked on booking.com, when I checked in, the staff told me I only paid partial nights which was wrong. I just need to pay resort fees and taxes. Also when I check out, the female stuff told me she cannot print an invoice. That is wrong again, another stuff came over and printed it. Also not sure why they ran out of bandages.

Our room was on the ground floor, which was really noisy. pool music until fairly late and then again early in the morning and the garbage truck collecting the trash at 3am meant a very disturb nights sleep. fortunately we only stayed for one night

I hope they are able to get more staff soon because it's clear they are understaffed and running ragged. (The staff are very friendly though!) We stayed for a week and there were multiple days where our room was never cleaned and we didn't get clean towels. The hotel doesn't offer many amenities -- only rental bikes and gopro cameras; we requested one of the cameras, waited downstairs for over an hour but they never brought it. The receptionist kept telling us "It's coming" but we finally had to leave without it or risk missing our scheduled excursion to Stingray City. The receptionist apologized and offered to have free drinks sent up to our room later, which also never happened. The beach you have access to through the hotel is only big enough to fit 6 beach chairs, so don't bank on being able to enjoy their oceanfront status.. But I will say that the staff at the hotel next door were very nice and turned a blind eye to us using their outdoor amenities instead. Overall a fair experience, but we'll definitely be staying at a different hotel next time we come.

First of all, they charged a cost resort fee for daily $35. But that wasn't clear. There wasn't any information about that, we had to ask about the opportunities. Basically, they don't give anything for the resort fees. They told us, "We have bicycles, a shuttle (nobody sees that), and small bites at the pool (also, what does that mean small bite?)" So, you can accept that price is $35 more for the day without any extra opportunities. They mentioned the room as "Ocean View" you can check the photo attached. We can call that as "Oc View" On the first day, they cleaned up our room on time, but second-day housekeeping came to our room for cleaning around 5.30-6.00 PM. We came back to the room after the beach and noticed that room was still dirty. Had to have a shower with dirty towels. And then left for dining. When we back, saw that room had been cleaned up. There weren't any beach opportunities. Yes, it's close to the public beach but there weren't any sunbeds for the hotel visitor use. To be honest, we couldn't get our money's worth. I never prefer the same hotel again.

Easy to access the hotel at the 7 Miles Beach at Grand Cayman islands. Some bars, and restaurants around the hotel for dining and beverages. Free car parking

A small snafu with towels on our last night (housekeeping forgot to leave us any) but after calling the front desk they were delivered promptly!!!

Nice location, very friendly staff and very accommodating! Great breakfast choices!! The shuttle service was terrific! Beautiful pool area too, even with the chickens, rooster and baby chicks walking about!!!

central and accessible from anywhere. great restaurants around us and also the staff was just phenomenal. shuttle server to virtually anywhere. rooms were clean and the breakfast was really good.
