Location is just mesmerizing with 360 degree views of snow covered mountains. Breakfast is good with lot of options. Rooms are nice and clean with a good balcony for view but the rooms are very small. For me it was perfect because I spend most of the time outside room. Their Sauna and hot pool in the evening is a must do activity to beat the extreme chill.

The restaurant was dated and not very clean. We didn't feel so comfortable there, although the dishes were nice.

The room was lovely with a view to the valley and Almaty. The Sauna and warm pool outstanding. The location speaks for itself...

The wifi connection was very weak In our room located on the 4th floor. There was a decent signal but keeps on disconnecting and takes 20-30mins to be able to get the connection back. Other than that, everything was fine.

We stayed during winter, so the heated pool and sauna were the perfect relaxation after spending the day snowboarding. The view outside our room was spectacular, we could view the slopes and the snowy mountains. Ski/snowboard school was jud a few meters away, you could literally wake up and hop on the boards right away ⛷️🏂 Breakfast was delicious, had a decent options to choose from. The room was comfortable and cozy as well.

Language is a barrier. Food options are not at all good in taste and very expensive. As such, 1 liter lemonade cost me 6500T.. and normal dinner with pizza, pasta, and drinks costs around 26000T in nearby reputed restaurants, but taste is not atper standard.

Over all its good ski resort. Pool and sauna is good. Location is easily accessible by cable car with luggage and ski equipment. 🎿

One of the ladies in the restaurant, whom I believe is a manager, had a very stern demeanor and did not attend to me when I tried to request utensils. However, the rest of the restaurant staff were incredibly kind and patient, despite the language barrier we faced. Although there's no lift in the building and carrying luggage up the stairs can be tiring, the staff are willing to assist if you request help.

Although our room lacks a balcony, it directly faces the awe-inspiring ski mountain from the fourth floor, especially on snowy days like the second day of our stay. The buffet breakfast remains the same every day but is decent enough. The sauna, which overlooks the snow-covered mountain, and the pool are definite highlights. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Additionally, you can take an electric taxi downhill for just 4000 tenge, slightly cheaper than the cable car for two people.

Room cleaning service was very poor. We had to ask for daily supplies from the reception all the time. Even though we put make up room card, we didnt get cleaning proparly. They only changed the sheets after 5 days. Bathroom was very smelly. Very limited breakfast options they had. And we were afraid of asking coffee second time from the stuff in the restaurant.

Most of these little holders in the bathroom are either broken or about to break.

Single room is somewhat pricey. But the view from the balcony and how the staff treats guests are exceptional. The location is beautiful. Quite a peaceful place.

The bed wasn't comfortable for some reason. Dint sleep well.

The resort is on prime location. Excellent facilities catering to ski and adventure people. Warm pool , Sauna , good breakfast. Extended my stay. Was pre season....so maintenance work was on. But worth the money paid .

Lots of unnecessary plastic: mini water bottles (free standing coolers would have done the job), mini shampoo bottles (dispensers would have been better). Restaurant food was often frozen. Considering that most of the restaurants in the area are closed by 8.00 pm, hotel restaurant was the only option to have dinner.
