This hotel was perfect for our stay in Aktau. We received a warm welcome from the reception team, Nasiba and Nurlan, who were super nice and answered all our questions. Also Assel helped us a lot 😌 Breakfast was very nice👍🏾 The staff was amazing throughout our entire stay, their service and help were exceptional! Our room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was spacious. The hotel's location is amazing, with everything within easy reach. It's convenient to get to the city and enjoy a wonderful walk by the beach.

The only downside was the loud noise from the roof. If your balcony has a sea view it probably will be near this roof, and you'll need to keep your windows closed to avoid the noise.

Very nice hotel on the road from airport to downtown, in front of Khan Shatyr. Amazing view from upper floors on town. Great, very polite and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Restaurant on 27th floor.
