We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab Emiratesthe process of allotment was a bit disenchanting. we requested to be nearby but were given at the far ends of the same floor, diametrically opposite.
Breakfast was average compared with other five-star hotels. My room was good but my friends were not that spacious given that they paid more than me.

United StatesThe reception workers gave me conflicting information. One said they would be happy to help me heat up food when I arrived back from a meeting late. Then another said they would not reheat my food because I didn't purchase it in their restaurant, which was about to close as I arrived anyways (why I made sure I bought food in advance). Also the laundry service was pricey.
The shower and the air conditioning in the room were great. The bed was very comfortable.

SwitzerlandThe only thing that we did not appreciate is to pay for a transfer fee and the hotel called a Yandex. The car did not have a seat belt at the back and it was old car that was not very comfortable. We could have ordered ourselves a Yandex (equivalent of Uber), however, we paid 10'000 tenge for a hotel transfer... I don't think that the hotel should call it a transfer. This is unfortunate as it was the only thing that we were disappointed with. Otherwise it would have been a hit.

IndiaThe bathroom water pressure could have been better. Also please install a shattaf for the international travellers. A lot of Indians and Arabs visit the country. They will appreciate it.
Friendly smiling staff. Which was a great breather after the experience in Al Maty Novotel. They were gracious enough to offer us early check-in as well as late check out. The hotel is a four floor Soviet era building converted in to a modern spacious hitech hotel. Even the standard room was a suite with two huge tvs and balcony. The restaurant food is good. They have an indoor heated pool, spa and a beautiful cigar lounge for the smokers.

United Arab EmiratesThe breakfast was good but not to our taste. There really wasn't much European choices. The location was a long way from the Baiterek and shopping malls so we needed to get taxis but close to the river and parks.
The room was lovely and big. It was a very comfortable stay. The location was good for bars and restaurants. The breakfast was good with lots of choice. The staff were mainly very helpful and helped us with getting taxis.

The hotel is excellent. Everything what you need in the hotel exist. Rooms are big and comfortable, Breakfast is very good. Staff is very helpful (special thanks for Nataliya and Asem at the Reception desk). Sauna, pool and seminar rooms are nice. The location is very good, not far from the supermarkets and main promenade. Internet connection is very good.

KazakhstanThe breakfast could be better, and they offer only coffee from a machine, although you may think this kind of hotel would make you nice coffee. Once they offered a coffee from a barista because their coffee machine was broken. Also it is super strange for me that the hotel of this level does not have bidet of any kind even though it is located in Kazakhstan so pay attention to that.
I got a free upgrade from booking, so it is already were much better than I expected. The staff were polite and helpful, the room was big and clean. The room service was also good.
