This kind of neighbourhood was a bit unexpected for me, but overall it was fine

The hotel is nice, clean and the staff are friendly. It's a great location but be prepared that the entire neighbourhood is one-floor houses. American embassy is just around the corner, and there is a very nice restaurant on the opposite side of the street.

I stayed at the property for my Ironman triathlon race in Astana. Two of my friends had booked separate rooms as well on the first level. The rooms were spacious, appropriately equipped, and not noisy. The location is within walking distance from grocery stores, a bus stop, coffee shops, a bank, and restaurants. The staff was supportive and warm. The Astana triathlon park is a 10-15 minute walk or a 5-minute bicycle ride away. Additionally, the hotel arranged a cab for pick-up from the airport, which was very helpful.

internet wasn’t good enough as it was disconnected during me working online and zooming. if it’s for everyday use no problem but for professional work ,, it will fail you. I hope they fix their internet connection.

can't complain about anything. Like I said, for the price the hotel exceeded expectations.

For the price, the hotel is great. It's a 5 minute walk from the US embassy and there are a few places to eat within a 5 minute walk too. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful.

It was slightly difficult to locate the entrance but we called the hotel and the staff came outside to find us which was very helpful. There could be a bad smell from the bathroom drain at times.

Good location, very close to the Hazrat Sultan Mosque, National Museum, and Palace of Peace and Reconciliation. A bus stop is located less than a minute away. Staff helpful and room was very clean and comfortable. Just ask for air conditioning remote control.

Applied for US visa; this hotel is right near the embassy, which made it very convenient to show up for an 8am interview. Nice breakfast, friendly owners. They even refunded the last day of my stay when I decided to leave early!

Staff not so friendly in the beginning. Said there were no rooms for an early check in, but 15 min later she magically found 3 rooms for all 3 companies that arrived early with us. It's not a new hotel, I get it, but there were holes in the walls for ventilation, very old furniture, some if it looked very woen out.

It was ok for 1 night, close to the embassy. That's all we needed for 1 night

It was hard to find the hotel. There is no clear sign or directions on a way to it. Its more like a private house with multiple rooms. Management is not friendly. Stay was paid through MoneyGram. It takes 3-4 days for MoneyGram to deliver money. Since at the time of the arrival transaction was still pending, I was asked to pay again to use a different payment service with a fee Paysent. Payment was received by hotel twice. Plus, I paid in $, hotel receives payment in local currency. Manager did her own calculations and came up that I am short 480 local currency. So, they made my father to cover it as well. When I requested a refund, they were really hesitant to process it. Excuses were: we do not process refunds on a weekend, accountant is not available, too early there. It really took time to get a refund and only after I reported the fact to Bookings website.

Close location to the USA embassy. It is very convenient for morning interviews. Hot breakfast in hotel for an additional fee, but its worth it. Room had mini fridge.

Service was really bad. I booked the bigger room a month ahead and it was confirmed. But 1 day before my arrival, administrator called me and said big room is not available anymore because previous tenants could not leave on time, so they gonna stay in big room but I'll be transferred to smaller room. And what is worse they charged me with the price of Big room, while placed me in a small room and put me in a situation where I had no choice. Ive had discussion with them for ridiculousness of the situation and administrator said, if I don't like it, I can find another place.

pretty clean, but water supply is weak. Took forever just to take a regular shower. For some reason, their pillows caused severe allergic reaction. Probably because it was either not clean or made of feather.

There is an air conditioner in the description, but in the reality there is none. You will hear when somebody is speaking in the next room.
