Breakfast not at all good, and doesn’t justify the price .Very cold breakfast delivered,with limited choice,and not tasty at all.With the higher price per night no option for dinner and lunch. only one on-site restaurant,which is open for outsiders also,moreover serves only local food, nothing global cuisine for travellers from abroad.

Only criticism is that the earliest you can order breakfast to your room (only option) is 8am. And every morning it arrived freezing. No one likes cold eggs. Just kinda cold way to start the day. Also incredibly hard to regulate temp in the room - just ended up sleeping with the door opened.

Amazing location, great vibe, incredible restaurant on property. Love the sauna in room and that the mini bar was restocked every day complimentary. Such a great vibe.

Breakfast is on delivery basis. By the time it comes to the room in packet, it doesn’t taste great. They should also add more international breakfast options.

The property is amazing for couples and for family with young kids (mainly in snowy season). But the quality of construction of these chalets is great. Facilities are good. Staff is extraordinary. Even though nobody speaks English, some of them manage. The restaurant Auyl is outstanding. As I said, this hotel is ideal for a romantic getaway for couples. As a family, we enjoyed while it was snowing in Feb

Only Kazak sockets everywhere. Most modern hotels have USB sockets to cater for internationals. Breakfast was often served cold - they need to invest in thermal bags to deliver as breakfast is served in paper bags brought to the cabin. We found out on the final day that there was a shuttle van to the cable car - it would have been nice to know that on Day 1!

Beautiful cabin. Really comfy bed. All mod cons are high spec and in excellent condition. Stunning views. Spacious. Sauna was great! Staff were friendly and helpful.

The only weird feeling I have about this place is the staff. One day I asked for extra towels and I was told that I need to pay 10 eur "tip" for towels to be brought to our room - either in cash or via the local bank transfer, none of which was an option for me as a foreigner.

The hotel is located in the amazing area surrounded by mountains, walking distance from Medeu and the funiculaire to Shymbylak. The views from the terrace are spectacular! There are also lots of opportunities for hiking nearby, I would recommend to walk towards Butakovsky gorge. The house/room overall is very nice and modern. A great plus was a free mini bar which was replenished every day. Breakfast was delivered to our room every day at about 9am. We could choose our breakfast from 5 options and overall the food was decent, although sometimes it was quite cold by the time it got delivered to us. There's an amazing restaurant with Kazakh food located at the hotel territory - make sure you book a table for dinner there, it's definitely worth it! You need to book at least a day in advance because the restaurant gets really busy in the evening.
