We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab Emirates- It’s a bit expensive, but for what you get, worth it. - Do not replenish bathroom supplies when cleaning the room, except upon request.
- Very clean hotel and the smell on the entrance is amazing. - Staff were very friendly, and they want to help in anyway they can. - Breakfast is good enough. - Room was very spacious. - Mattress very comfortable. - Bathroom is modern and water pressure is amazing. - The most important thing, bathroom have bidet (Shattafa). - Close to restaurants, and a big supermarket (Magnum).

United Arab Emirates1. Breakfast items were mostly the same everyday and were not labelled 2. Breakfast starts at 7.30am but there is a delay of 5-10 minutes. It would be nice if it started at 7am to accomodate early tours. 3. Shataf bidet water pressure was too high and it needs to be regulated. Some of the door locks inside the room were not smooth.

A very comfy place to stay as a family, specially because of the apartment facilities it has to offer. Location is good, a bit far from the city centre however very much accessible and with your immediate needs walkable distance away. Lots of restaurant choices, a magnum (supermarket), a hospital and bus stop all walkable distance from the hotel. The staff have been nice and courteous. However the breakfast is mediocre and basic (but good food, less selection) and will be easily bored if you plan to stay more than a couple of days. QatarNothing. Only thing was that when we asked for water they said they only provide 2 small bottles per day, which infact is not acceptable. Also the breakfast wasnt great.
The room was very spacious, clean and luxurious. Absolutely loved the stay. I took a 1bhk apartment and it had 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet too. Everything about this place was great. There are restaurants, petrol pumps and supermarkets very close by. There are some tourist attractions as well nearby.

They collected different color from clothes shops. See pictures. The shower box is too small you can’t safely take shower.
