You can lie in the hammock and watch buffaloes stroll along the river bank, or climb some extraordinary nearby view points. The owner's daughter was very friendly and picked us up to walk us there from the boat. Everyone spoke great English which was very helpful. The bread we ate in Muang Ngoi both from the restaurant (Penny’s Place) and the Gecko was the best bread we’ve had in all of Asia!”
