Quite old bathroom, but still ok for what we needed. Cleanliness was not top, since we found the mini-bar a bit dirty, the blankets with spots, and the soap-holder of the shower with a couple of hairs.

Great location, walking distance to everything worthy (beaches, city centre, restaurants, etc.). Staff very kind. They even gave us a room with balcony since it was available. Big mini-bar, and ac working very well.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, sorting out taxis and helping with directions. The hotel is close to the citadel and the souk and it’s about a 5-8 minute walk to the lovely sandy beach. Some nice little cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Very poor wifi was the only downside. On weekends nearby restaurants will play loud music until 1.30am.

Location was great - close to main tourist attractions, close to shops, money exchange, etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were good - eg. so many tv channels, aircon was strong.

cute old style building, very big rooms with living and kitchen area. good location very quiet and close to shops and bars. Byblos and Batroun get incredibly booked up in the summer so this and 1 other hotel were the only ones left at the time of booking!

there aren’t many channels on the TV, only 6 local channels. also the room isn’t new, however very clean and spacious.

the location is great! you can find everything around you; supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pubs, everything within a walking distance. It’s also very close to The old souk, Byblos Citadel and the Sea port. The staff are very friendly and cooperative, they helped me get my PCR in the fastest most convenient way.

Nothing much from the hotel side, the only issue was electricity due to the current situation in Lebanon. However, the shut down doesn't last more than 1 hour so it was acceptable. TV Channels were not working.

First of all, the staff were really friendly and anticipating my needs. The design of the hotel and condition was great especially the lobby. The location of the property is beyond excellent since it is near by the old town.

They can improve the toilet facilities as there was no water to flash most of the time. Overwise, all is great and clean.

I really liked the staff. They were very supportive and nice. I also liked the cleanliness and how quiet the hotel is. My special regards to Algazhya, he is such a kind man who helped us with everything we need. Also, the lady who runs the hotel was kind and sweet, she helps us with facilitating the PCR arrangement to head back home to Iraq!

Although Booking stated that they accept credit cards, I had to pay in cash, they refused to take any card. Further, they knew there was a problem with the safe in the room, and were happily mentioning that they would fix it after I left. In the end I forced them to at least take out the batteries so that the alarm of the safe was turned off.

They didn't accept card payments. Booking.com claimed in the description that they will charge the card in USD. But I've had to pay for the booking with my cash savings which was unexpected and unplanned. I didn't have had some cash afterwards. The room was probably one of the worst in this hotel. I have seen some other rooms when the room service was cleaning up there.

The bed and mattress was comfortable.
