The staff is professional and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is good. Peaceful although it is in a good location.

The breakfast was good but a bit basic, it wasn't clear that some things were not included.

The hotel is very central and not hard to find. The neighbourhood is perfect for exploring Beirut. The staff was accommodating when we had questions and the room size was bigger than expected.

- There is a notice that they will charge USD 30 for towels that had been "damaged" by makeup. I've never seen this in a hotel before, although I understand the potential impact. Other hotels provided a dark towel especially for makeup, which is much more customer friendly than a threatened fee. - They don't provide towels for the beach. This makes sense, but make sure to bring your own if you stay here.

- Good location next to restaurants and within walking distance to the souk - Comfortable room in a new hotel with good AC and hot water - Breakfast was good with multiple options, but was a bit late coming out so we didn't get to try everything

1. Lack of some basic facilities and toiletries, like shampoo, kettle. 2. The room is very dim.

1. Location: Right on the costal highway. Many cafes, restaurants around. 7 minutes walk to the old town. 2 Staff: very helpful and friendly. 3. Room: we booked a suite, and it is spacious and huge. 4. Breakfast gets enough variety of choices.

Supply shower gel, shampoo and perhaps body lotion, nothing supplied only a supply of body wash in a dispenser on wall above bath/shower.

The room is empty, not even the minimum hygiene kits in the bathroom. No nescafe or boiler or anything else in the room. We had to ask for water to get 3 small bottles. The shower head was broken. Breakfast is very poor. In general the hotel needs some refurbishment. It was better few years ago.

The hotel is very good. I used to stay there few years ago. The location is very good too close to Jbeil old souks. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly.

Breakfast was basic. Parking is limited (only 3-4 places), but I think I was the only one with a car. It could be more complicated in high season. Given the liquidity crisis in Lebanon, you have to pay in cash.

The hotel is located very close to the main road to Beirut, but Jbeil/Byblos is a small city so you can walk your way around. There are several banks close by where you can withdraw USD (I used BLF and Blom Bank), as well as a Western Union where you can exchange money.

All in all it could need some renovation, Furniture is a bit worn out, not all curtains work well or hang a bit lose, the shower doors are partly to stainy.

The location is great! Ten minutes walk and you're in the old Souks and citadel of Byblos. The staff are so welcoming 😘! Oh and the breakfast is really good!The room was nice and clean! I highly recommend Monoberge Hotel.
