Very supportive landlords, happy to advice and helped with problems that arisen during the stay, eg. full support after me and my 3YO kid been robbed on gunpoint, they provided advice, lended money and supported us all the time. Highly reccomend.

Accommodation was as expected with easy access into town. The views of the ocean was fabulous to wake up to. The host and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Taxi and tour service was also available and it was a very peaceful and pleasant experience.

The most memorable thing about the apartment is the view. It is the perfect place for the morning coffee. The apartment is clean and comfortable. It has everything for a nice vacation.

No shops or restaurants within walking distance, but easy to buy food in Castries, take a bus back and cook yourself. Then you get a perfect view while eating and can get away from the city before it's dark.

Great views from the terrace! The host (John) is very friendly and helpful. Easy to get the local buses to/from Castries (during normal hours). The room had everything you needed (incl kitchen to cook your own dinner).

There is no supermarket or a shop nearby, so you have to be prepared in advance. John, the host, informed me, so I asked the taxi to stop on the way, at a supermarket, to buy basic things. Be prepared for mosquitos. :-)

The villa has an amazing view to the sea and the bay. I spent most of the time in the terrace watching the ships and the yachts. Very calm and peaceful place! Clean and spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped. The host is very supportive. Thank you, John!

you have to pay a taxi to take you everywhere based on the location. we had to pay $40 to the taxi driver to go to the grocery store and pick up food about 10 minutes away.

It has absolutely amazing views. It was private and quiet. the owner is very nice and helpful. The taxi driver that he use is very nice and you feel safe with him.

It is at the bottom of a steep road leading into a steep driveway. No supermarket in walking distance to stock up on food. However, the view is more than worth all of that.

Excellent beautiful decor one bedroom with well equipped kitchen. Individual balcony overlooking Castries harbour - very scenic view for beautiful photos. Very friendly manager and very helpful when I got sick there.

The view is spectacular! Communication with John was spot on from the moment of booking until we left. He made great recommendations and was easily available when I had questions. The hot water was properly hot and shower water pressure was fantastic! The balcony was a great place for our morning breakfast and an easy place to wind down at night.

On a very steep hill!

Great 11 day stay in St Lucia. John is a great host and helped us with taxis and recommendations of places to visit. The Apartment was clean and well maintained. Great location for siting and watching the cruise ships coming and going from Castres harbour. Also great for watching the private jets and small planes landing at Castres airport. (note.. no international flights in and out of this airport). At the top of the drive there is a main road and this is used by the local minibuses, from here you can get into the centre of Castres for about 60p. from there you can get a bus to most places on the island. highly recomended

Fantastic view over the bay! Very nice host who was extremely supportive with our trip (he organized a taxi for us and helped us in getting a rental car when all other options on the Island were booked out and our initial reservation was not honored by the big rental car company). Very comfortable apartment with all needed facilities. Highly recommend a stay. A car is needed.

Nothing! Be aware that if you stay here during one of Saint Lucia's many national holidays, public transportation, restaurants and even supermarkets may be closed. A taxi driver can help you find food, or you can eat at the Sandals resort across the street if you don't have children with you.

Everything! The view is absolutely breathtaking. The facility is no-frills but very pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipped so we ended up saving money by cooking more than expected. The pull-out sofa bed worked well for one of our kids.

John was a great host. From the time I called and explained my last minute accommodation need, he came through. Very professional and quick in providing responses. The apartment is clean, has a great view and quiet enough. There's an airport nearby so planes can be heard and seen landing during the day, NOT at nights, so don't worry about your sleep being disturbed too much. Our youngest traveller enjoyed watching the planes land and take-off and watch the cruise ships that docked at the bay. The public bus stand is a few minutes walk from house, very convenient to catch a bus to Castries. The apartment is well furnished, with very stable internet service. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay there again.
