“My sister and I stayed at Stephens place for 12 days in the month of December 2023. During that time we came to think of Stephen and his family as our second family. They were available whenever we needed assistance with anything, from taxis to locations we should go to and the tricks to getting around in St. Lucia. I particularly loved that they kept our apartment clean in the most discrete way. Everything we needed was available in the apartment and if it wasn’t they made it available for us. We felt safe the entire time and Stephen did daily check ins with us to make sure that all was well. We were no more than 5 mins away from Castries so for us the location was ideal as we could access the local bus system. I have no complaints. 10/10 experience. Will return.”

“The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of room comfort, quality of meals, drinks and restaurants.
The staff was very helpful and friendly at all times, whether in bars, restaurants, water activities, etc., helping us with transport to and from the airport, and they allowed us to have a two-hour 'late check-out' free of charge, as our flight was in the late afternoon.
The dives, sailings and even tours scheduled with the partner company were all very good, organized, punctual and careful.
Overall, one of the best 'all inclusive' hotels in terms of value for money that we've ever been to.”
“Lyn is extremely accommodating, friendly, polite and helpful. We had an issue with lost property in a taxi and she was more than happy to assist us to get the items back within an hour. We were also given a ride to the ferry terminal for a small fee. Overall a great experience. Would definitely stay again.”
