We absolutely loved everything- it is not easy to walk to or from the hotel, which we knew, but it is worth being aware.

Bathrooms are a bit small but otherwise the rooms are good. Some of the restaurant staff could be rather curt which stood out when compared to bar and front desk staff.

Very accommodating staff particularly at check out and check in. Good range of food and drinks particularly from the al la carte restaurants. Comfortable rooms with a good view of the city and sea beyond.

The star of the show for this all inclusive is hands down the staff and the food. Oh wait, and the entertainment. The staff are genuinely happy to help you, are so friendly, and really make you smile as soon as you see them. The food was delicious! For one vegetarian and two pescatarians, there was SO much to eat at breakfast lunch and dinner. I was honestly blown away by all the vegetarian options!! The entertainment….oh my gosh. If you can schedule your trip so you are there on a Thursday for carribean night, you will not regret it at all!!! They had an incredible fire/dance show which was just as good or BETTER as cirque du soleil shows! This hotel is a gem, you don’t want to miss it!

Food, Lulu's menu didn't change and was quite limited, Buffet menu was also limited and found to be repetitive.

Faultless

What stood out the most to me was the staff....every single person down to the GM always had a hello and a smile and could not do enough for us. Food was beautiful and the rooms clean and comfortable. Our 2 week stay felt more like being with family as opposed to complete strangers

Minor criticism but would be nice to have some bottled water provided in the room.

The room didn’t feel so private as the bathroom had an always open window and the main door wasn’t very soundproof. There was not enough beach towels on offer, never being available when we requested. There was a surprising amount of leaf blowing being done by the gardeners in the mornings which you could hear across the resort which was annoying when trying to relax!

The food and drinks in the main buffet were great, with new local options to try each day. The two pools were nice, with lots of deck chairs surrounding the pool. The gardens and the beach walk on Saturday with Geoffrey were lovely.

Although it's an all inclusive hotel, you need to pay for water. Didnt like that. As you should drink plenty of water at hot temperatures.

Breakfast and Dinner is buffet. So everyone should find something to eat. Haven't had Lunch, but I guess its the same. Location is on an hill, 10min from City Center.

The location is in the capital, there’s not many places you would want to walk to, simply because everything is so hilly.

The staff were lovely and did everything in their power to make your stay comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the entertainment was fun and the variety was good too.

Lovely hotel for a relaxing holiday with great views over the surrounding area, very clean throughout and lovely spacious bedroom with comfy bed. The staff were all helpful and the food in the buffet restaurant and by the pool was excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great free shuttle service in to town and the beach.

Great hotel with amazing views and friendly staff. I liked everything there. I was welcomed by smiley and helpful reception. I really appreciated the early check-in as the room was ready. The garden bungalow was spacious, clean and very cosy. I appreciated the coffee facilities and cosmetics. AC was working very well. The hotel has 2 big swimming pools, drinks served at the bar were delicious. The food in the restaurant (lunch, dinner and breakfast) was delicious and there were plenty options to choose from. Staff (reception, bar, cleaning service, restaurant) should be given extra credits. You get much more for the price you pay and I can truly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay , this hotel is a small cosy resort that has fantastic views . We loved the amazing friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay .The room we had had a lovely ocean view and the Hotel offered a regular shuttle bus to the beach which was handy as this hotel does not have a beach as it is up in the hills

For me and my friend the only one thing we wished they had was a duvet. I know it’s summer but a comfy cotton duvet would be so good because the air condition is cold. We have to have the air con on because it is hot. What they provided was just a cotton sheet that to us was not enough.

This staff are all super friendly and helpful and welcoming. Everyone of them. It made our stay much more enjoyable. The food selection was great and never boring and the food is so delicious.

Considering that it rains so much, smooth tiles on the floor are hazardeous. The notices r saying it was slippery were useful- better would be non slip surfaces
