We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBecause of a knee injury the walk to and from the harbour was difficult/impossible for me - steep and twisting. Of course that meant that the view was wonderful.
James is an exceptional host, friendly and helpful. He goes above and beyond to ensure that his guests have everything they need during their stay. He contacted us immediately when he discovered that we had left a Kindle in the bedroom and ensured that a very kind taxi driver brought it to us before we had to board the ferry. Thank you, James.

United StatesIn general, accommodations in St. Lucia seem a bit pricey for what you get. Feels like US pricing for a room 20 years past its prime.
This was exactly what my friend and I needed- a basic place to stay for one night before taking the ferry to Dominica. James was a very friendly host. The walk to the ferry port was downhill, safe and took about 5 minutes.

LuxembourgWell, the location is like very, very, very bad. All just arround the house there is some part of the city that is NOT safe. I was advised to not go out at night to dinner... Hopefully I staid only one night and this was perfect to take the ferry. I even did not dare to get out during the day. The manager is friendly and welcoming. The cleaning was made. Just the location was not appropriate and to be honest, for such location, with also such room this is définitively expensive.

United KingdomDidn't like the steep climb to the guess house, but that's the price you pay if you want the great views. TV in the apartment is very small and above the fridge, which made it very difficult to watch from the settee. For the whole of first day and half the second day the fridge didn't work ,but it did get repaired .
The view from the balcony was great i also liked that it was a short walk into town. The owner James is very helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

United KingdomThe lack of aircon throughout; it was an unusually hot October. The Inn is on a steep hill, not for the fainthearted if you want to take a walk into town or the village. The price. For one night to make a connection, I understand. However, the facilities and ambience should perhaps offer more for the price.
